A total rip off. I don’t usually make reviews publicly like this, or ever, but you need to be warned. They got these stupid keypad things that you order your food on. And I did that and ordered my meal and attempted to pay. I swiped my card and nothing printed. You usually get a receipt with a number on it so I asked someone for help and she tried to fix it but called her manager because she couldn’t. This was AFTER she had me swipe my card again and redo my entire order. The manager came and she looked at it for awhile before realizing that the printer was out of paper. So she replaced it. And I again had to redo my order and swipe my card again. My meal was $10 (I was very hungry after a long track meet), and I was concerned that I may have been charged multiple times for my order. So I checked my banking app that records all of my withdrawals and it said I had made two purchases at the McDonald’s. I told the manager that I was concerned about being double charged and she said she would make sure I wasn’t. She gave me a refund receipt in case what she did, did not work. Very comforting. So I ate my food and went about my day. A few days later my card was down $20 from my McDonald’s visit. So I found my refund recipient and went in to get my money back. This time there was a different manager who obviously shouldn’t be working there. If you don’t like your job and if you can’t be kind to customers, you shouldn’t be working there. She was very rude to me, made me feel like I was a dumb child, trying to steal from her glorious food restaurant. She told me to come back with a banking report. I couldn’t believe this. The other manager who had given me the refund receipt said if I showed it to someone, I would be fully refunded. Well I wasn’t. I am still out $10. I simply do not have the time to drive 20 minutes out of my way to get a banking report about the money stolen from me at McDonald’s just to be rudely turned away for some other low life reason. Yes they messed up all 3 of my breakfast orders and he was wonderful! He took my name apologized and ensured me that I could claim them in the future. Today I call and a woman named Currelli (a manager) answered and when I told her I was calling to redeem my meals she asked who I spoke to and when I told her the gentleman, she said “we don’t have any guy managers “ I said ok, it was the guy who is on your recording for the speaker greeting. She went on to say that he transferred to another location. I said ok, so can you help me? She said no, that he’s been gone for about a month. I asked, is my name not there? And she said no. She refused to help me, was extremely rude and wanted no part in helping a loyal customer. She then asked me why I waited a month to call and redeem my meals, like what!? Is there a time limit on how long I have to allow you McDonalds N river to correct YOUR MISTAKE!? I NEVER write reviews BUT a girl like that is in the wrong business! Read morePlaced a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru. When I arrived they could not find the mobile order and I said I would go inside so that I would nit hold up their drive thru lanes. Once inside I had to wait a few minutes for anyone to come up to the register. I should them the app and they asked if I was at the correct store, so I showed them them order details which showed I was at the correct location. The employee told me they did not have the order and I would have to order it again in the store and pay again. I responded with I don't give a s$^t, as long as I was reimbursed for my first order. She than walked away and yelled back to have another employee come up because she did not have time to deal with the issue. Another employee came up found the mobile order and they add an additional 10 piece McNugget to the order. I don't understand why the first employee couldn't just take the order after I was told that is what I had to do, but in the end they did find the order and that was better than trying to get reimbursed.
