EDIT: Fast forward a few years, and, while we no longer frequent this location due to no longer living near it, the few times we have been back, the service has been much faster! The toasting of the bagels has also seemed to improve. I am adding a star to my rating of this location (going from 3 stars to 4 now).
This is a very unapologetically slow location. This morning, we waited at the window for over 20 minutes to get both mochas and both bragel sandwiches. This is not the first time such a thing has happened here, either. Maybe they wouldn't take as long if they didn't aim for charring the bagels to BLACK before using them for your sandwich. EDIT: and now they have changed tea brands, which I didn't notice before ordering what used to be my favorite tea latte. It went from being a comforting vanilla bergamot blend to a jarring citrus bergamot that is too disgusting to enjoy. Avoid Fraser Tea, I guess. The service was moderately faster...
Read moreCoffee is always good but the only thing I don’t like is the Drive thru service I leave out every time for coffee before work I got here at 8:00 Am and didn’t get my coffee until 8:40 Am smh you even had people leaving because this location was taking so long making the coffee if they keep operating like this they will go out of business because this is an everyday thing with this location I recently was in Muskegon for 2 weeks and the Biggby location in Muskegon had a lot off people at the drive thru but they move faster at making your coffee and not only that if take long they just give you the coffee free and tell you sorry for the long wait unlike this location they don’t do either so with that being said if you are in a rush for work or you are trying to get coffee before work you must leave an hour early or an hour and 30 minutes early because if not you will be late for work and you will waste gas just from waiting in...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I frequent this location since its less than a mile away from our home. Customer service is always great! Since the covid-19 lockdown, I've been through the drive through a lot and often have Lydia at the window. While all of the staff are lovely, I find myself hoping that Lydia will be there each time because she is so bubbly and smiley and seems genuinely happy! The interactions are so short but she still manages to make them a delight! Give that girl a raise!
Update: May 21, 2020 - My boyfriend, our daughter, and I were able to walk through the drive through at this location today and Mary was our barista. I am pretty sure that when I ordered, my brain said large but my mouth said small and when Mary saw the obvious confusion on my face when she handed me a small creme freeze, she didn't hesitate to accommodate my "duh moment". She was...
