I had a terrible experience doing carryout. I recommend not eating at Domino's at least until covid pandemic is over. They are not following health guidelines. The service was the worst I have ever been treated. I have no history of having conflicts with customer service workers at all, which is why this experience was so unsettling for me.
I used the app and it told me to park outside and turn on my blinkers and it would be brought out to me. I waited patiently outside for 30 minutes as I watched people go inside to get their orders and no employees were bringing orders outside. I called to ask about it 3 different times and nobody bothered to pick up. They just let the phone ring. Eventually I went to the door to ask on my order. I told them I've been waiting and tried calling... The person making the pizza dough (not wearing a mask or gloves) told me "we're busy we're not doing curbside service today or picking up the phone!" She told me I'd just have to keep waiting. Nobody went to even check if my order was done.
I came back in a couple mins later to ask them to look for my order and she told me again that they're busy and I just needed to expect extra waiting. I said I understand that, and that's why I waited 30 minutes before coming inside. She asked me to leave if I wasn't going to wait--totally uncalled for. I was just trying to ask someone to actually check for my food and I had already told them my name twice. Finally, the kid at the front counter walked to the shelf and it had just been sitting there the whole time she was trying to ask me to leave. I got the pizza and told her I didn't appreciate the way she was talking to me and that I thought she should be wearing a mask and gloves while touching everybody's food and felt the need to say that I honestly had a terrible experience with her service and felt grossed out by her refusal to wear a mask (others were also not wearing a mask).
At this point, I said I would rather leave the pizza and get a refund please. She then laughed and told me they don't do refunds and that I should just leave. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I worked food service 10 years so I understand that on busy days workers can only do so much, but to be so rude and careless about public health and customer service was just...

I ordered from door dash but the order was completed and delivered by dominos. The order was missing 3 items. I am .4 miles from the store location. I called to report the missing items, the staff member immediately dismissed me by asking if I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager addressed me without a name, which immediately informed me this manager was going to be unprofessional. I stated my concern of the missing items. The nameless female manager rudely stated they couldn't do anything since it was ordered on door dash. I asked about the order being delivered by her staff, her staff made the mistake, and I was .4 of a mile from their location. She rudely again stated she couldn't do anything and hung up. I am pretty appalled this person is in a manager position. Please ensure this manager receives appropriate training in how to be a manager and proper phone etiquette. Read moreWe ordered 4 pizzas, all of them where correct, but we also ordered salad, and 6 dippings and we paid for all of these, and they completely forgot the salad and dippings, we didn't notice till we got back, so when we did we called then back and asked for the salad, dippings and an extra pizza, they said ok, and that they would deliver it to us. 10 mins later we got a call from them asking what we ordered and what our address was, they said they would deliver 30-37 mins. 1 hour later the pizza was still not there! So we called them, asked where it was and they said that we needed to pick it up, but before they said they would deliver. Also we've had many other complications with them in the past, they got our order a couple times before and wouldn't give us a refund.
