KFC — Restaurant in Holland

While the chicken is good, you can't go in the restaurant to eat or do a mobile app order without waiting 25-35+ minutes for the chicken. Even during peak times like dinner time. But cars that go through drive through are immediately served while making everyone inside wait. It's an awful system. Inside the dining room the floors are so sticky your shoes will be sticking to things for hours after you leave and the AC was leaking so bad they had huge puddles of water every where. To make matters worse I had a question about my order and stood at the register for a good 5-10 min and no one even bothered to look up from the kitchen or drive through to acknowledge I was even there.

After waiting almost 30 min the app said my order was ready. I went up to the counter to get it only be told I'm still waiting on chicken and it's not ready yet.

The man running the front is trying his hardest. He is nice and running ragged. But this KFC is ran like a bunch of kids threw it together. KFC the company should do better and do more to give these hard workers the support and staff that they need to run this business. Because KFC is running it in to the ground

Update: it's now been an hour and I'm still waiting on an 8 piece meal with 4 biscuits and 2 sides. Crazy. And I can't even cancel the order because the store marked it as...

5 star in the morning on weekdays

0 star any other time. I order the same thing everytime I go. At night...the order always gets messed up. Today I had my wife on the phone as I went through and ordered for us. We both got the same meal with the same drink...Chicken Sandwich big box meal. They can't give me the price at the speaker so I don't hear the price until I get up to the window and have to scurry around for the correct change or i would have known something was wrong. The she handed it to me and it smelled like fried chicken...the sandwich has a different smell. When I told her it was wrong...she couldn't accept it back due to covid. Then the normal attitude came, and of course I was the one who was wrong.

The breading is falling off the chicken...its disgusting...which is why I usually get the sandwich...

This place was closed for many years. I see it happening again soon if this keeps up. I'm done going there at night and on the weekend. And If I don't hear the one person who I know gets the order right I'll drive away on the...

Few co-workers order food. . And yeah they've should of stayed closed.

The Biscuits are rocks, very dry. Ordered a Tenders Box didnt give any sauces even when asked for in the drive through. Fries are soggy as hell, just ate grease sticks. Ordered a Famous Bowl Box, no cookie Ordered a Chicken Sandwich with Honey BBQ. . Apparently they are smaller than my hand and not worth the price. You have bigger chicken sandwiches and this is just uncalled for and why the hell does it look like a Toe covered in sauce.. Ordered a Chocolate Cake... with THIS MUCH food ordered you'd think youd get a big cake. Nah gave us a child size cake that is as small as a donut. Lemonade is horrid, wheres the tart? There isnt any.

Now sure there may of been some "miscommunication" in the diveway with the driver. But man as he was pulling things out of the bag I couldnt help but laugh.

TLDR; ALWAYS CHECK UR FOOD before...
