IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! Today was my 3rd visit to this location. The first 2 times they took nearly my full 30 min lunch break to make a single burrito, both timesâŚ(I work 0.2 miles away) Today I thought I would try out the mobile app to preorder my food to eliminate the 20-25 min cook time⌠My order went through, was alerted it was ready, drove across the street to pick up my food to find the front doors locked and roughly 15 cars in the drive through line. A passing customer drove by and told me theyâre refusing to open the doors even for Grab and Go orders⌠So I pull in line at the drive through, still have 27 mins left on lunch⌠18 minutes go by, not one car has moved⌠I now know I canât pick up the food I paid for so I call the corporate 800 number since they didnât pick up the phone at the store location even though o can hear it ringing from the parking lot⌠so now itâs been 25 mins and Iâm starving hungry and Taco has robbed me of my money⌠I drove back to work, talk to corporate customer service some more, they tell me 7-10 business days to refund the money on the food they couldnât provide⌠WHAT??? 7-10 business days for 9.98$$??!?! How?!?⌠WHY?!?⌠At this point Iâm mad for so many reasons but I try to stay calm and call the taco bell store location back, the Training Manager answers the phone, refuses to provide her name and then after I explain the situation, she tells me my 30 minute lunch isnât her problem and hangs up on me while Iâm talking.. I call back again 5-10 mins later after I take a walk to calm down and ANOTHER manager in training answers the phone, refuses to give her name also, then explains to me how THEIR system doesnât work well, THEIR employees didnât show up and understaffed, and THEIR doors are locked on purpose, and then tells me itâs MY problem I couldnât wait over 30 minutes for a burrito. When I ask what they are going to do to make up for THEIR issues, she says ânothing at allâ and hangs up on me like the other manager did. ⌠in 3 visits to this location Iâve only ever seen the same two employees there⌠someone needs to shut this place down. These two people are ruining all of our lunch breaks because they want to sit on 100 hour pay checks instead of providing the service expected from a Fast Food location. ..    Read moreI have never written a review. I would not even make it if it wasnât for the awful attitude from (presumably the manager from her mannerisms) an employee at the time. I had scheduled an order for my teenage sonâs birthday party and since that is the only place teens eat these days we all just ordered from there. I scheduled the order for another family member to pickup and bring over and they had made it 3 hours before the pick up time! One girl was super sweet to my niece and told her they donât see the scheduled pick up time, only the time it was ordered. She offered to remake the food and they did. No complaints on her. My niece told me, âThis white short girl caught an attitude about how they had to remake it.â She told me parts of the conversation she had with her and it was unacceptable. We all understand itâs not the employees fault they canât see the time it is scheduled for, but the employee was blaming my niece for it! How was she was supposed to know it doesnât show them the pick up time?! It was nobodyâs fault the food was left out for 3 hours since they canât see that it wasnât going to be picked up for hours and we didnât know they couldnât. Therefore they make the orders as soon as they get them. If someone knows who the girl with temper problems is, let her know she is not suited for any job with inconveniences where no party can be blamed.    Read moreI go to this location a few times a week and I've noticed that the quality and speed of service vary greatly. Most days the employees who serve me act absolutely miserable and it almost always makes for a bad experience. This location is very slow. My food took so long that I literally watched the sun set while waiting for my food a week ago. There have been multiple days where I wait 15+ minutes both in drive thru and lobby. They mess up my order probably close to 50% of the time. Sometimes whole items are missing but most of the time they just end up making my food wrong which is a shame because the days when I'm in a rush and don't check my food I am basically screwed. The cashiers are honestly awful, I have specific requests for my food and I always have to explain to them how to ring up the order because they look at me completely dumbfounded when I ask to add or substitute something on a burrito. Luckily, however, the food almost always tastes fresh and delicious. A few of the managers are really nice. If they could actually take the time to properly train the employees and talk with them about actually being friendly this place would be a lot better better.
