Best matcha in the city!!! My family and i have been going to Hoen's for a long time, and when we heard they were opening Queen Bee & Honey we were so excited!!! The coffee shop is so beautiful inside with a charming little coffee truck and twinkle lights hanging above, and always fresh flowers on the table. The matcha (my favorite) is eathy but not bitter, and i like it with some local oat milk and local honey. I love that they have gluten- and dairy-free snacks available for my mom! Unique greenhouse meets coffee shop, with an incredibly friendly staff and great tasting coffee. When you step inside you are transported to an oasis. Ro(sp?) behind the counter was so kind and remembered our names from the previous morning. We were visiting for the weekend and went back each day. There are a handful of tables surrounded by lush plants. You can walk through the aisles of flowers or even sit by an indoor pond while you wait for your coffee. I really enjoy going to this coffee shop. You might think that a coffee shop inside a greenhouse is different, and you’d be right! It is different in the best ways possible. First of all, the espresso machine is installed on a three-wheeled vehicle that still runs. They have set up a nice area with tables, and it’s nice and bright if you want to stop by to work or study for a little bit. You can get a coffee and walk around all plants and fountains.
