Not a good experience at all. Ordered pizza online for delivery, received my food, but store forgot to include the dipping sauce I had paid for. Alone, not a big deal, but this wasn't the first time this had happened, and these things are 80 cents a piece! Checked with driver before he left to confirm sauce, since this seems to be a theme with this location, and he told me he didn't carry any with him, and he'd check and see how soon they could have someone out there. Meanwhile, I call the store to tell them, hey, by the time this arrived, the food will be gone, can we just get a refund on the sauce? And that's when I started getting treated very rudely. It was as if I was dealing with a bratty teenager. Absolutely disguisting customer service. Not a big deal that there wasn't sauce. It happens... I work retail, I'm used to people over reacting, but the rude and condescending demeanor is what absolutely made this an unforgettable experience! Before I could confirm that I understood what was going to be done, this girl had managed to tell me that "I already voided it, so you're going to get it for free anyway" as if I was looking for a full refund for such a silly thing, then she proceeded to hang up on me. I won't be shopping here again. Too many incidents like this...
Read moreAfter having a bad delivery experience with a previous different delivery driver forgetting part of my order and going back to the store taking almost an hour to bring me back the rest of my already paid for order, I was ready to give one star. But the kindness and best experience I've ever had with a delivery driver happened this evening! His name is Dillion and he totally deserves a raise for his friendliness and promptness. He went above and beyond for me!! He realized that when he came to the door he forgot our two sodas. Instead of going all the way back to the dominoes store like the last driver did, Dillion went out of his way and went above and beyond and got our sodas at the gas station out of his own pocket and even upgraded their size. He was back within 5 minutes because he CARES about customer service and customer experience. Read moreOrdered several pizzas online while visiting the branson area. Got an email with a receipt including the address and time to pick up. Apple maps and google maps had it listed at 2909 S Business Highway 65 (same as trip advisor right now). This is also the same address listed on the email receipt.
After driving around for a while and not finding it anywhere near that address, we called Dominos. The staff there said "we aren't there anymore. We are next to Menards now."
This was not very helpful since we are not from the area. We were able to find Mendards on google maps and were finally able to find the dominoes. When I went inside, I told the staff I drove all over the place looking for them, and that even the email receipt gave me the wrong address. The 3 of them stared at me and didn't say anything, except for my order total. At that point I was hungry and had pizza for a bunch of people, so I didn't want to argue. I just wanted to get home and eat it.
