Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a biscuit and gravy. Drive thru person taking our order said we'd have to wait 5 min to order lunch. Ok what ever, the screen can be switched over from breakfast to lunch. Ok fine we ordered breakfast. A biscuits and gravy was one of the items we ordered. Checking the order screen everything was correct. Now, the kid at the window didn't give us our receipt nor did he tell us upon ordering that biscuits and gravy are no longer offered. We pay and drive to the pick up window and that's when everything went down hill fast. The girl handed us our drinks and bag. Asked if there was anything else and i said yes our biscuits and gravy. She goes oh and says just one moment. The Manger came to the window and told us that it wasn't available anymore. Myself and my boyfriend told her it was on the screen and he didn't give me a receipt. She actually argued with us about it being on the screen. Instead of im so sorry for this if you'll pull up ill get a copy and we will check into this because there shouldn't be a way to ring that item up anymore. No she argued with us, was rude about it and talked to us like we were stupid. I told her we actually wanted to order lunch but the kid said we'd have to wait 5 min. Now, I've been a Manger at 2 different mcdonalds locations and there is a way to go back and forth between lunch and breakfast screens. The manager informed me that they don't serve lunch until 11. Ok no problem. The manager that was on duty was rude and should never argue with a customer. I go through this drive thru in the evening and never have an issue. My cheese burger last night was messy but not to bad. This Manger that i delt with today was just rude and either needs retrained or maybe shouldn't be a manager. The team needs to be aware of item changes, and how to handle a situation when it arises. The girl at the pick up window didn't know what to do, i felt very bad for her. She needs to be trained better, this was not this young girls fault at all. And instead of a second biscuit we got a bowl with two round eggs. Manager rudely and barely apologized for what happened. Had this been explained when ordering things wouldn've gone very different. Day team needs better training and maybe minus the Manger we delt with. Night shift at this location is really awesome and always very nice. Manger on duty last night looked very tired. There was a problem with the computer at the pay window the girl said just one sec my computer has been acting up. She got the Manger told her what was going on and things went very smooth. That is customer service. Kudos to the...
Read moreThis McDonald's has DEFINITELY earned it's 1 ½ star Yelp review. What a joke. Last week I sat at one of the menu boards for close to 5 minutes and was NEVER acknowledged, even after saying "hello?" multiple times. I backed out, went to the other menu board and then was ignored again while they proceeded to take 2 orders at the menu board I had JUST backed out of. Two days ago I went through the drive thru to get my husband a double filet o fish meal but ended up receiving just a single. I called, talked with a young woman named Ashley who told me she'd leave a note to replace it for free when I came back through. Today, I went back to get the meal replaced. I told the young man who was working drive thru and he informed me that he would check with his manager. After sitting at the menu board for close to 10 minutes with ZERO communication, I told them that because it was taking so long and people who had pulled in behind me we're getting angry and driving off (2 cars pulled in behind me and proceeded to pull around, glare at ME and then drove off as I was sitting in silence waiting to hear if my request for a replacement of a meal they had messed up would be honored or not), to just forget the replacement meal and I would like to just order my food and pay for it. I ordered the double filet o fish meal, large and a double quarter pounder meal, no bun with a side salad instead of fries. They then tried to park me while waiting on my food. I refused. I had already waited too long and wasn't about to get forgotten again. When I was finally handed my food... I checked the filet o fish and sure enough, they got it right. So, off we went to go enjoy out lunch. BUT... when I got home, I discovered that the fries with the large double filet o fish were in fact medium AND my double quarter pounder was only a single. I did not receive what I had paid for...again. Will I call them and let them know? No, what's the use? They will just end up getting it wrong because the management there obviously doesn't care about fixing their mistakes or maki g their...
Read moreUsed to grab coffee and a meal from a kind blond haired gentleman in the morning before school. Now I'm treated as the next number on the list. This restruant is about efficiency and completely disregards quality of food and the customer experience. You could happily walk in just to be discouraged by the mood of the person taking the order. I've had many rude things spoken to me in which I would overlook but today is the last day this McDonalds will receive even a penny from me. Same lady in the drivethrough this morning as per usual when the kind gentlemen is gone ,she was displeased to serve me another day, probably as much as she is displeased with working here. Sometimes I get my food and go in a timely manner but other times this place has you wait 15 minutes after getting to the food receiving window, ran me late for classes. And I'll never forget the bland and dull attitude of the management and crew. The crew is not to blame, however. I've witnessed management fail to properly train the crew, to put the cherry on top managment treat crewmembers in a manner that puts them into a constant mode of crisis (urgency is okay but panic is not, even if you sweep it under the rug) in which when a crewmmber asked the manger a question and it was answered superficially and impersonally. In that same day I went in having received the wrong food (at my own fault) and I witnessed again the managment fail at observing and training their crew, in which a crewmember was belittled for something that I personally was responsible for. I was in management for a while, and the truest concept that was so basic and easy to understand was that, when something goes wrong, it's on managment and rightly so. Water trickles down. This place needs a new management crew or could at least retain the management. Please remove the bad eggs from the dozen McDonald's. If you could so kindly remember a business concept of losing regular customers, and human concept of politeness and...
