If I could leave no stars I would. This is also NOT a new establishment. I have lived in HS since the beginning of 2019, and it has been here the whole time. We have given this particular location many tries over the last 4 years, because we do like BK. The service and quality CONTINUE to get worse and I can honestly say I will never go back. No one there genuinely cares, about anything. Like other people have said in their reviews, you definitely feel like you are an inconvenience to the employees. Food service is a customer service job, no one there cares about efficiency, accuracy or quality and they make it obvious. We went lastnight and planned to dine in. there were 6 cars parked in the parking lot, there were 2 adults sitting at a table and 3 kids sitting behind them so we THOUGHT it was open. When we walked up to the door there was a sign posted that said "due to staffing the dining room was closed" and the door was locked. As we walked away the man at the table stood up, walked towards the door then walked back to the table and sat down, I had noticed he was wearing a head set and BK employee shirt. Because of where we parked we had to pull around the building and as we passed the drive through, that only has 2 cars in it, I could see 4 other employees behind the counter? How is there a staffing issue if there are 5 employees working? I honestly have no idea how this place makes enough money to stay open. Where is management? How do they continue to operate with such poor...
Read moreI stopped in this morning (9/9/25) between 7:55-8 a.m. to refill a small Burger King cup that I had just purchased from the Fuquay-Varina location about 30 minutes prior. As I began filling my cup with Sprite, the cashier abruptly yelled from the counter, “Hey sir! Aye aye! You know you can’t do that, right?!” I asked what she meant, and she told me I couldn’t bring in “my own cup” to refill. I explained that it was a Burger King cup and that I had just purchased it that morning. She responded, “Oh, well still, I never seen you buy that cup.” I clarified that it came from the Fuquay-Varina location, but she told me, “I don’t care if it’s a Burger King cup or not, you didn’t buy it from here.” When I asked how much it would cost to refill, she replied, “Oh nah, you good, just don’t do it no mo’.” Her tone and wording felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially if she was the manager. Even if refills are only allowed at the location where the drink was purchased (a policy I was not aware of, nor was it posted anywhere visible), it could have been explained in a polite and professional way. Instead, I left the store feeling disrespected as a...
Read moreI wanted the family meal deal that previously did not NEED a code from the app due to covid. Well we are still phase 2 here.
The app was not working and I showed this to the staff.
They refused to budge and offered no concession for the offer. I was dismissed from the window with a shrugged shoulder. No manager support.
While in the parking lot, I was hopeful for a code or something once i explained the situation, so I called customer service and after holding for 10 mins someone that i could barely understand let me know that they could do nothing for me but tell the tech team for mobil app to send me an email.
This mind numbing process to get service is why chick fil a (right across the street) is getting so much more business. Customer service.
What happened to the KING? Your way, right away? Now it's someday, out of the way.
I found a code online. This tells me this is SUCH an easy fix that they could have helped. Wife wanted burgers and if i wasn't on a task I would have easily went next door to CFA.
Getting my free whopper with this and never coming back. I miss Burger KING. Now it's...
