I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this Chipotle is the worst! I even emailed them directly previously we have had so many bad experiences here. All things that could easily be fixed as well! Yes, we have stopped going to this location. First of all, it is always so dirty it is off putting. Garbage everywhere, food all over every table and the ground and the soda area is Always a disaster with water and ice everywhere on the floor. I let the manager know via email what a hazard it is to have water all over the floor and have a carpet that is soaking wet under the soda machine. I was lucky enough to catch myself when I almost fell even though I was walking very cautiously because I saw the water, but if I would have been an elderly person they definitely would have hit the floor. After bringing this to the team's attention via email they gave us a buy one get one free meal, so we gave them one last try and went for a visit. I guess their way of fixing a soaking wet rug and the river that runs around it was to just remove the rug! There were no caution wet floor signs or anything for anyone just a lot of water and mess! Multiple times we have gone here and we can't even order what we want because they're out of it (not even during a lunch rush) and even though they have plenty of people working they don't even have anyone in the kitchen to refill everything they're out of. We've actually walked out and not even ordered before (as did others behind us) I love Chipotle and used to go once a week for lunch but this location is just a disappointment from every angle. Nobody ever seems to be nice there either! If you're going to hire children train them correctly! The manager that was on duty last time had long hair past her waist and it was in a ponytail but her hair was going everywhere. She was walking around with a handful of cut limes with no gloves just holding the limes and you could see a piece of her hair hanging off the lime. They have so much room for improvement it is gross. They just need a manager and or owner that actually knows what they're doing and they definitely need to run a tighter ship! Good luck if the health department ever shows up! It's very disappointing that we have to drive to the town over to go...
Read moreI travel across the country for work, and Chipotle has long been a reliable fast-casual option. Compared to traditional fast food, the ingredients feel more wholesome, and the overall quality has historically been higher than many competitors in the same category. Unfortunately, over the past few years, I’ve noticed a significant decline in nearly every aspect of the business.
The Positives: The staff—especially at this location—are consistently friendly, hardworking, and attentive. It’s clear they care about their guests and coworkers, and their dedication stands out. I pass through this area often, and this particular location is always staffed with genuinely kind people.
The Negatives: At nearly every Chipotle I’ve visited in the past year, the employees seem overwhelmed, demoralized, and unable to keep up with demand—often appearing frantic during peak hours.
As a result, the entire experience has suffered. Food quality has declined, and cleanliness has taken a serious hit. Most locations I visit have dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, and messy beverage and cutlery stations. The open kitchens—once a sign of transparency—now showcase disorganized workspaces with dirty pans and food debris scattered throughout.
Despite these issues, prices continue to rise. If Chipotle had maintained its original commitment to quality, staff well-being, and operational integrity, these price increases would be easier to justify. Instead, it’s clear that executive management is prioritizing efficiency and profits over stability and consistency—shortsighted decisions that threaten to undo years of growth and customer loyalty.
Unfortunately, I can no longer justify supporting Chipotle. My last few visits have been stressful and disappointing, and it’s evident that the company’s disregard for both employees and customers is driving its...

We love chipotle and eat it regularly, however the holly springs location is consistently absolutely disgusting. The floors are always wet and sticky. The women’s bathrooms today had dirt tracks everywhere. There are 2 toilets, both had poop stains all over and one wasn’t flushing. Dead bugs were in the stalls and it had clearly not been properly cleaned in days or more. There was food and left over food throughout the eating area and during our one hour visit, we didn’t see one employee attempting to clean or wipe down tables. It’s ALWAYS this way and we go every 1-2 weeks but we’ve had enough and we’re so grossed out. Lastly, the service was awful. There was a computer issue affecting online orders and I cannot speak to the exact issue, however our food was ordered for pick up at 12 noon and when we arrived it was sitting on the prep area and appeared to be ready. We asked about our order and inquired about our food and said could we grab it and they mentioned “there was a computer issue and they’re waiting to bag it up.” We asked 2 more times with no help, it was finally handed to us at 12:25 and was cold. I thought the corn was literally frozen and hadn’t yet been heated. Our food sat there for 25 minutes despite appearing to be ready since 12. While we ate, they continued to experience issues with online orders and the one female employee working the online orders complained constantly and was cursing so loud our young kids could hear. We are so disappointed in this location and sadly will be going elsewhere from here on out as I literally feel like its not only an awful experience, but also a health hazard to eat here. I have reported this on the corporate site and sill be posting this to other review areas to spread the word before...
