Wendy's — Restaurant in Holly Springs

This place is awful. I went on Friday around 7:45 and there were maybe 7 or 8 cars in front of me. Big mistake getting in that drive thru line because once youre in, you are stuck. By the time I went through the line and got my food it had been almost 45 minutes. I peered into the store to see what could be going on that would possibly make it take so long. Was there like 1 person doing everything!? No, there were 4 workers on shift, kind of milling around slowly completing tasks at their leisure, smiling and joking around. Completely oblivious and totally apathetic to the fact that they've got people waiting in their fast food line for 45 minutes at a time. In other words, they aren't slammed or anything and its not some 'staffing crunch' This Wendy's is just slow because the workers are slow and DGAF. I think they probably are always locking the doors and forcing everyone through the drive through so they have to do less work. Less cleaning at the end of the night, less orders to fill because no door dashers can get in, etc. Just straight up laziness.

But the worst part was, when I finally got my food, it was bad. I ate one French fry and it was nasty. It tasted like fries do when people don't bother changing the oil for a few days. A little like vomit. Its a pretty gross taste. I took the food back and banged on the door until someone came and I asked for a refund, which they promptly gave me. I went over to Freddy's and got an order in 5 minutes. Don't go to this Wendy's. It's slow as hell and they quality of the food is terrible. Night and day from a typically decently...

We had a rather unpleasant visit at this location today. I am disappointed. I like to go and wash my hands before each meal. And the cleanliness of the restroom just threw me. The young woman that waited on us was very pleasant. And the young woman that served our order was nice. The tray was sticky when I grabbed it and sent me to the restroom to wash up. I left a video for that. Unfortunately my phone was unbalanced and so the video is upside down.

The food tasted great.

But the cleanliness of the restroom was just disgusting. Wendy's is my all-time favorite fast food restaurant in the entire world. I love everything on the menu and I eat at there often.

There was wet paper towels and toilet paper in urine on the floor. The sink was dirty and the mirror was smeared. Bathrooms should be cleaned regularly. Every single night and if needed during the day during the work shift. This is something that needs to happen every day and needs to be checked every day during the day. This location is disgusting!

I decided to go outside and pour water bottles on my hands and use paper towels from my truck. The smell of urine was very strong like you just walked into a tight pet shop or a gym locker room. It was horrible. Get your business together! This location is a DISGRACE to the awesome Wendy's chain!!!

I did not take any photos. I made a 30 second video. But there's no place to post it. I'm going to save it and if I get a response from the head office I will post the video to them. Looks like you guys just dodged a big bullet. I'd clean the restroom asap...

I just went through drive-through, and it was taking a long time which was fine. I know things can be understaffed right now! But once I got to the window, I saw that the lady that was working drive-through was yelling at all of the workers inside, I also heard her throw a few cuss words at them. Now obviously, I don’t know all of the angles in the whole story. Regardless, though she shouldn’t have been speaking to them that way it doesn’t matter if I heard it or not what matters is how she treats her people - her team. Another of the ladies came to bring me my food & She looked so sad and exhausted, and that honestly broke my heart. I work in food service, and without my team, we’d be nothing, and if I ever got caught as a lead to talking to my team that way it would not be OK. I hope the GM/owner sees this because I would love to get in contact with them and give them the details of who the lady was that served me. Please speak up when you see wrong being done, because if you don’t, you’re just as guilty as the ones...
