Kk, who was responsible for our experience, displayed rudeness and unprofessionalism towards her colleagues. We waited 15 minutes at the bar before receiving our drinks, during which I observed two women behind the bar discussing Kk's bossy demeanor and her tendency to issue orders without regard for others. It was evident that she lacked interpersonal skills. After a while, Kk allowed a staff member, who wanted to stay and assist during a busy period, to leave. Following her departure, I witnessed the other woman, who had been conversing with Kk, disparaging the employee who left, while both Kk and she continued to speak negatively about her. The employee who was sent home had been very courteous to us. Frustrated by the ongoing negativity, I decided to leave a review. Regarding the food and drinks, both of our beverages tasted unpleasant, resembling bad water, and the food was unappetizing, with a flavor reminiscent of raw seafood. This was one of the worst seafood experiences we've encountered. If Kk is indeed a manager, I would recommend reevaluating her role; she should not be in customer service but rather in the kitchen. This restaurant ranks among the worst we've visited, especially considering we were accompanied by someone who could have provided a generous tip. I was highly disappointed with my first visit to this restaurant today. From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we were only the third table seated, it took about 15 minutes just to get our order taken, and that only happened because I had to personally go find our waitress, KK.

She apologized for the delay, and while the food did come out quickly, it was extremely underwhelming. I’ve had many seafood boils, but this was by far the worst. The sauce was thick, overly sweet, and unappetizing. Lemons were the only thing that made it remotely tolerable.

To make matters worse, KK never once checked on us during the meal, no refills, no asking how the food was, nothing. After we finished eating, we waited patiently for her to bring the check, and again she was nowhere to be found. I had to ask another server to find her, and even then, she didn’t come. I ended up getting up again to locate her.

When I asked for boxes and the check, she only brought boxes, went to help another table, and finally came back to ask, “Are you ladies ready?” We had clearly been ready for quite some time.

Between the poor service and disappointing food, this was an experience I will not be repeating. Bad food is one thing, but when combined with unprofessional service, it completely...

This was a horrible experience. I would not recommend eating here, especially with kids. The chicken nuggets that they served were obviously out of a bag, probably from publix down the street We all got sick!!! By the time we left the restaurant and I started driving us home. My stomach started hurting really bad. Then my daughter noticed the same thing. Then my wife, we all started noticing upset Stomachs immediately, the little one was fine because she didn’t eat the seafood Something weird with the butter that they’re using. The waitress was really inexperienced. We had to beg for every single thing. The shrimp did not taste fresh at all. I think that’s what Got us sick. The bathrooms were dirty. And it was too hot in the restaurant. The beer that I ordered. Came warm. We couldn’t get a refill on drinks. The waitress was ignoring us. Thinking she was overwhelmed. She had three tables that she was dealing with. The tip was included. That’s why they were so unfriendly. They didn’t have to go beyond. They were automatically getting the tip.
