Claudia was great customer service A-1 and the only thing I would say was disappointing was that the hookah was originally $10 but when I ask for a refill they said bit would be $20 I mean what a up charge that is, and when myself and my husband walked into the building we love the welcome, but as the night went on I noticed that they wasn’t so welcoming anymore. The bartender made great drinks and the food was also good, but I love a all around good customer service experience. And I also noticed side conversations In regard's too my husband and I. I would visit again to see if the business gains better customer service. The prices are very reasonable also just need to not show lack of customer service, and it was not busy so I feel that service could have been better. And I actually was ready to take my hard earned money somewhere other then here, because me and my husband really enjoyed out Sunday night football dates. But what I was see it made me super uncomfortable, I didn’t tell my husband what was going on on until we left because I didn’t want him to react and and act a fool, for what I saw. I just felt like it was very racist, I witnessed the bartender and another guy sit and have a conversation about myself and my husband and I feel like all customers should be treated equal me and my husband were the only black African-Americans in the establishment and I just felt very very...

Absolutely amazing! Loved the music, the people, especially JUANA my waitress was spectacular! She is very attentive, friendly, caring and so much fun. The drinks and food so delicious....the whole ambience is awesome! The modern lighting is off the wall tantalizing, great job syncing them with the music too. In response to a few previous comments about no dance floor, there is plenty of space to dance if you wanted to....even in your own spot 😆 Keep in mind most modern "Dominican" clubs do not have dance floors. Also keep in mind the name is Fantasy Room "Bar & Grill" but the vibe is just that awesome that makes you also wanna dance and linger around all night 😜 the Sunday brunch with live band is a must too. I’ll give it 2 starts, just because it’s nice inside. But there is no room to dance, weekends nights are overcrowded. We set at the bar and got couple of drinks with my buddies. One guy who works there, told me to move and after a minute he said that I need to find another place to sit, because I’m bothering him. I told him there is no place to sit, it was Friday night and the place was packed, he said I don’t care, you need to find another place or I’ll call a security on you. We paid $60 bucks for 3 drinks with tips to be treated like this, after we spent there 15 minutes.
