We have been coming here for a couple years with no real issues until tonight. We ordered an Amigo Platter, and the rolls were barely filled. It was mostly rice, no cream cheese as you can see in the photos. These are the smallest most pathetic sushi rolls I’ve ever seen. The amigo platter used to cost $22 and they have now upped the charge to $26, along with everything else on the menu and the sushi is much worse than it used to be. You can see in the photos that they have no problem giving you a normal sized California roll and other basic rolls, but everything else is skimped like they either couldn’t be bothered or are trying to cut costs on salmon and other ingredients. Read moreWalked in to order food to go. The staff who was at the counter mentioned he didn’t have a cashier staff, but that we could order online. We understood the situation, so sat down at a table to select items online. Another staff came in and said we have an emergency we are closing. I left upset but then thought things happen, and I can come back another time to try the food.
I ended up going to the park and what upsets me is that I saw different people walk in to pick up their order and then witnessed a guy make an order… I took a photo but decided to not post as I don’t think it’s fair to post a photo of the guest waiting for their order to be ready nor the staff who I could see in the kitchen who literally rejected us from trying out the food.
I think it’s sad I have to make this type of post but I don’t understand why we were not allowed to order to go. I hope the service gets better so others do not have to...
Read moreI recently went to this Iron Sushi location to pickup an order my coworker had called in for our office. When I got back to our office which is more than 10 miles from this location, the order was not correct and I called for a refund. When I called, I was repeatedly told that I was wrong and that the order was placed improperly. This could not be possible due the fact that my coworker was placing the order directly from a text I sent her. She read the order and repeated it to the person on the phone. I was told that in order to receive my refund I would need to make the trip back to this location to drop off the wrong items. Needless to say I did not waste my time or gas to drive back. Please do not order from this location. They frequently get orders wrong due to the people taking orders over the phone. Please get better staff or educate them...
