Overall a very cute spot! I am staying at the Sonder this weekend so I stopped in this morning for some coffee & breakfast. Honestly the coffee was delicious and the espresso had a great, high-quality flavor. I also tried the egg and cheese croissant which was delicious! They had some other tasty items in the menu that I’d come back to try too.

The two ladies working were incredibly friendly! Service was a little slow (but it was also pretty busy with a line to the door). Took probably 15 minutes or so to get food. My only critique is the pricing. $18 for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich is a little ridiculous to me. I know inflation is hitting everyone, but when I see the eggs and cheese on the breakfast sandwich coming from the Publix next door it seems like we could maybe manage our overhead a little better and not deflect that into the customers.

Not authentic and seems like they’re just trying to copy popular menu items they see on social media. Moment we walked in we knew it wouldn’t taste good but just bought croffles and bubble teas since we didn’t want to walk again to another place.

Threw them away as soon as we got out. Disgusting.

We’ve tried croffles and bubble teas in other states where they make it authentic and Korean way (pretty sure croffle is Korean). Customer service is horrible as well. There’s also a girl that thinks she’s a model.. if you’re at work just do your job well so it’s worth the money everyone is paying. You definitely cannot a model.

Don’t think they know what they’re doing / making. Just sell simple Panther coffee that you guys just buy and get it delivered, if you guys don’t know how to make bubble teas and croffles because they’re horrible.

I live in Downtown Hollywood. Went here before new owners, I was not thrilled about this place then, Because of prices and terrible food. I tried it out with the new owners. It was not bad at first except AGAIN for the price. However, Went with friends to finish things on our laptops. Before we could set up and relax. Then nasty lady came over to ask if we will buy anything..... Ive already had the password set up, however my friends did not have and they had to ask for it.

The owner asks if you will buy before helping with the wifi. I guess she doesnt know about ROI. if you would have let us set up, we would have stayed for about 1-2 hours and def would have bought something. We went to farmers milk and Mystic Coffee for both food/ value/ and respectful...
