Do not I mean do not go here if I could give zero stars I would Elizabeth rhim the manager that's never there cause she has to always go to the car dealership... she get paid for 50 hours but never is there .she treats the employees so bad there she calls some of the employees the n word always call the employees out there name called one employees son a discriminating name n the boy is onli 10 when the register was short she would replace the money with hers instead of reporting the money gone missing so they won't watch her store she alway hitting g her husband n fighting with him cause he don't want to work there anymore but tells him if he quits he can't live with her. She always disrespecting everyone forcing them to work on there day off promising them a title just so they will come to work. She takes the tips that we would make n give them to the guy she just hired so he will stay the place is toxic it not a good place for anyone always sell out of date things telling us the customers won't know. Elizabeth rhim made us work while we had covid pasting it to everyone in the store. When she was the main one to bring it In n not let anyone know it very unsanitary . When people quit she calls police on them. Someone needs to stop...

Not happy with their lack of customer service. Stopped in 2 days prior to Christmas, to place an order for pick up on Christmas morning for our large friends and family breakfast. The woman who took our order was wonderful, helpful and polite. She wrote everything down and told us the order would be ready at 10am on Christmas morning. We arrived that morning on the way to the big event and were told they knew nothing of our order, and that they couldn't provide us with anything because they were out of almost everything. Lucky for us, we found a donut shop on 14th street in Bradenton who not only gave us a much better deal, but the donuts were amazing! This is not our first time in this shop and I'm sad to say that it is the worker's reasons for not wanting to ever go back. The product is good, if they have any. Walked in their and the manger was telling the coworkers what’s to do yelling in front of customers. Then me and my cousin were standing in line and my cousin said to me oh lard because of the yelling. Then one of the workers said to me and my cousin “don’t do it” and we said “do what’s and she kept on saying “don’t do it” and then we were just like “we are just trying to order coffee” and she kept say it. and then we went to order coffee and the really nice girl was working the cash register.
