Dunkin' — Restaurant in Holyoke

I work 5 minutes up the road from this location, so I’m there up to 4 times a day! I only gave 2 stars due to the disrespect at this location between the hours of 2pm-closing! When I go during the morning hours the staff are super friendly, my order is always accurate anOtast, and the drive-threw time is super fast.. BUT.. anytime I go after 2 o’clock it’s a different experience! The staff are rude, they leave you sitting at the speaker for sometimes 10 MINUTES, while having a whole conversation, laughing etc without realizing their headsets are still on!! They don’t even say “ I will be right with you”!! My order ( which is always a simple ice coffee) is NEVER made right and when I bring to their attention the attitude I get is so unacceptable!! On Saturday I went threw the drive threw and ordered my mocha ice coffee, except it had no mocha, I didn’t notice until I drove away, so I decided to turn around and go back, I was going to be late going back to work from my break now so I decided to run inside but they had the lobby doors locked!! So I once again sat in the drive-threw and when I finally got to the speaker and the girl came on and asked what I wanted I told her I was just here and ordered a mocha ice coffee, except it had no mocha and the girl on the other end says to me “ I could give you the mocha on the side if you like”!! I was no super annoyed!! On the side, I said, no, I would like the coffee made the way I ordered and paid for, and waited 15 minutes for!! The girl, then huffs and puffs and tells me to pull up, but she didn’t even ask how my coffee was made so when I got to the window, they already had one remade with mocha, but without the whip cream, I asked for because she did not ask how it was made so they again had to make it and this time they were highly annoyed with me when they’re the ones that made the mistake not once not twice but...

If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been too! The staff is rude and disrespectful. I placed a Mobil order and after 20 minutes it still wasn’t done I waited nearly 30 minutes for it to be completed. The staff was swearing and laughing not caring about the fact there was a drive through line out of the parking lot and a line in the store that was very long as well. The women I believe to be the manager was telling her staff to get it together and work and they all said basically to “F” off. She had no control of them. This isn’t the first time this happens I do frequent this Dunkin’ since it is the closes one to me, however I will be going out of my way to a different one. They always forget stuff in my order or get it wrong and I always order ahead so it’s literally on paper of what I ordered. For how much staff is working there it’s absolutely crazy to me that they act the way they do and also can’t do the most basic part of their job. Embarrassing. I ordered my coffee. Was charged by a young man, to then be approached by an extremely rude girl with someone else order. I could've taken it and drove off, Cept I just wanted what I ordered. After explaining that I just paid for MY order, she has the nerve to tell me it's not in the system. With attitude like I did something wrong! Goes and talks to the other two boys about it. A DIFFERENT young man comes up with another drink, that I also did not order. Worse part was, I didn't even want to touch whatever he touched. He was filthy, reddish black love marks on his neck, lazy eyes, and couple chapped sores on his lip (bloody) and his uniform was absolutely atrocious. He takes the drink back, and the girl has the audacity to simply pour this hot beverage onto ice, even tho it wasn't what I ordered. Point is. I was in the drive through for nearly 20 minutes, the crew was a mess and I didn't even get what I ordered. Will NEVER come back to this location.
