Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Homer Glen

I placed order at 12:14 for as soon as possible delivery. Order said it would be delivered at 12:44. Order still didn’t arrive, I called at 1:07 and spoke to manager. He stated they were short staffed and he would be leaving out the door with my order. Order did not arrive till 1:40. Almost an hour and half for my order to be delivered. This Jimmy John's is terrible. I've given them several tries as they're close. The sandwiches lack meat (are mostly bread) and the bread is regularly stale. I was in there a few weeks ago & interacted with a fellow claiming to be the manager. He is severly lacking on his people & management skills. His attitude sucked to put it bluntly... I refuse to throw away money on subpar food & get treated like an inconvenience....

It's a decent place for a decent quick meal when you're starving coming out of school or work. My favorite go-to is Bootlegger with lots of peppers! I do think service has gone downhill over the years, though I have worked here a good few years ago when it was bustling.
