Food is amazing but poor customer service. The owner got mad because I cancelled an order due to a death in the family. Told me I wasted food and he doesn’t care that happened, told me to pay for the cancelled order or else I’m not taking orders from you. What kind of bull crap is that! My grandmother passed and that’s the first thing you tell me??? That lets me know you’re a small town establishment that doesn’t know anything about business. Never had important And major sales. Just ordered 2 slices and a drink with another big order. They delivered everything but my 2 slices and drink. I called them they were like "oh Yeah its still here". they said as soon as the driver got back they will send it. Another almost 30 min and the pizza came in a brown paper bag and cold. The driver had the one and only attitude when I told him I didn't want it and I wanted a refund. I called again and informed them that the pizza was cold and that the driver was rude. People complaining about grease on pizza, really make it at home then, thats the best part of Romano's amazing pizza everything is good, Thats why they have been in buisness for so many years!!!!
