I have eaten a lot pizzas here and it used to be really nice. If anything went wrong, the management always fixed it gladly. Well, not anymore. I recently had an incident where they put the wrong crust, and barely any topping- that I paid for, on my pizzas, and when I got home I realized I had been short changed... So I called, to ask that they check into that, and the guy that answered was a douche, very disrespectful, so I asked for the manager, and some other guy, probably a coworker came to the phone with an apologetic tone, and offered a free Pizza. I told him no it's fine, just make sure you put in the customer's money worth of toppings next time. On his insistence, I agreed to a free pizza. A week later I come in to claim the promised pizza, and a lovely lady working there informed me sadly that she cannot honor it, unless I order online. Came to learn later taht the policy had changed. I said fine, then I will try next time, I paid for that day's pizza and went on my merry way. A week later I call about that promised pizza because there was no way to order a free pizza online without the store manager's input...I was at first informed that there was no such pizza, then after a bit of tug, I was told they found it. So I drive up there and find a guy named James, and when he tries to take the order and realizes it is a free pizza, he turns all red and angry and says no such thing exists because they stopped giving out free pizza credits 'a month ago', at the risk of turning it into an argument, I calmly explained what happened but he starts talking to his coworker and us the customers, saying that he told them to not issue any credits and that if they cannot fix any problems with orders they should issue a refund because 'he was tired of giving out free pizzas".
By now he was visibly VERY pissed and I apologized profusely, it was absurd. He miraculously found the free pizza credit after the coworker pointed it out, and hurriedly asked me what I wanted not even giving me a breather to state my toppings slowly, frankly it was like harassment, it's crazy...
I could not have imagined how angry a customer could make an employee, (by asking for the business to keep their promise that was made as a result of that business ruining the previous order).
The other customer who was with me was shocked at the talk down I got. What I felt, I cannot even express, I just sat there embarrased for even asking for that pizza, but now It was in the oven and I just waited...took it and left, James was clearly still angry at me...
My reason for posting this is to alert you to tread carefully if you are going to shop here..check your pizza on the spot and ensure the amount of toppings are reasonable, and the quality is as you expected. So that you may just get you " refund" as James put it that that is the new policy. Made me wonder why he felt the need to tell me that, isn't that what staff meetings are for? And for your sake, do not make James angry! Now I know that the fake courtesy they try to show is exactly that, fake. Also I never asked them to offer me a free pizza, they should just do our paid orders correctly, not fleece us with the wrong crust and a few drizzles of...
Read moreI try my hardest to avoid this location. There seems to always be issues like every single time we go here. There was an employee CEDRIC who completely ruined it for me. I 100% will never be back. I thought I would give this location another chance but it's just completely awful. I mean I really hope that they shut down or at least hire competent employees. The owner and the management team should be ashamed. I ordered a pizza on the app. I ran some errands and 25 minutes later I show up. I saw the app wasn't moving so I asked them how long it would be. Cedric comes to the cash register with an attitude and says it's going to be another 30 minutes for one pizza. It ain't his fault that there was only three people working. I told him I had already waited 25 minutes and I wasn't interested in another 30. So I told him to cancel the order and give me a receipt. He says he can't give me a receipt. He proceeds to get an attitude with me starts cursing and yelling saying get out of his store. I told him if it was his store he would be able to give me a receipt. I get that they have a limited amount of people working but that does not constitute terrible customer service. The employees here are going to run this place into the ground I'm shocked that they're still open. We've been here three times this year and every single time has been nothing but trouble. Hopefully corporate will step in and finally...
