Ummm...gross with rude employees and thieves. Went here last night for the first and last time ever. Had a room for a friend's going-away dinner: the couches wreaked of ass and dirty feet; we even joked that we'd probably catch lice and to not touch anything; the phone to order or request service never seemed to work so we had to get up a few times for service (in fairness, they did start checking on us more); the "waiter" would only bring us one small pitcher at a time, which went fast because there were like 9 of us, so we had to constantly ask for water; some silent girl, who we nicknamed "watermelon girl", would periodically come in, not make eye contact, not say anything, and just take our watered-down watermelon soju; the food was okay...pupus/apps, so if you're craving a hearty meal, this isn't the place; you have to pay $1 for a song, otherwise it's just awkwardly quiet; and the best part:... our bill was $218...all but one of us pitched in and gave around $200 in cash...when the waiter came in, she gave the $200 and her card and told him to pay the difference on the card (which should have been about $20 on the card). When he returned for her signature, she noticed he put all of it on the card and the cash was missing. We were able to get watermelon girl (who finally spoke and was trying very hard to be nice) to get our money back...APPARENTLY, he pocketed the $200 as tip and was trying to put all of it on the card (according to the girl, he thought that was his tip). Watermelon girl got it fixed for us, but our awesome waiter avoided us for the rest of the night and only came back to tell us we had 5 minutes left in the room. Avoid this place;...

Drinks: I did not drink as I had to drive home all the way back. to Mililani, however my 10 friends liked their strawberry shochu. They liked the alcohol a lot.
Kareoke: The room has dimmable lights, 2 speakers, decent sound and bass response. U-shaped booth with table in middle.
My friends and I aren't Korean, so that ruled out 85% of the songs of this Korean establishment. Of the English songs, they were good, but the selection was very limited compared to the much more upscale Japanese establishment GS Studios in Honolulu. A lot of the lyrics on screen had typos and didn't line up properly with the music.
This place has maybe 4 rooms that can seat 8 people max. In comparison, GS Studios has hourly rates depending on the room size rented out and can seat over 20 in their VIP rooms. On the positive side of things, this place has a simple setup. It can be annoying at first, but you pay $1 for each song and the money slot on the front of the Kareoke machine must be preloaded with paper bills; according to management, it doesn't take $20's so bring lots of smaller bills. You can load it up with a running balance and then que up songs.
All in all, my friends and I were disappointed and prefer the Japanese establishment, but if you're on the cheap, this is a...
Read moreWe were here for the first time a few days ago. Service was attentive and for a very busy bartender I was impressed. She always checked in on us and took care of everyone else's drink orders from the tables and the karaoke rooms as well as the takeout food order. For food we grabbed the loaded fries, fried calamari and spicy gizzards. Everything was delicious but I whole heartedly recommend the spicy gizzards. It's so good. For drinks we got the watermelon soju, the lava flow soju, and the lilikoi soju. All three are good but we really liked the watermelon soju as it was made with fresh watermelon juice. Cafe Duck Butt. I highly recommend as an awesome...
