Very kind owners and staff friendly knowledgeable. Good selection, missing a few things I wish they had like more options in Argentium particularly dead soft guages etc (but I can anneal, just more work and for the price meh) one and only big issue I have is most items, especially the Argentium is Extremely over priced! Online ordering from my normal supplier for exact same wires are literally at least 1/5th of what I'm charged here, but good profit margins for them as shipping isn't even expensive and it's even less expensive buying in bulk than what I pay online, so they're definently making way more than necessary on their Argentium at least (if I'm wrong, start ordering from RioGrande the #1 trusted source for Argentium perhaps then you can lower your prices a bit for us in a pinch forced to grab a couple feet here and there locally). But you pay for the immediate pickup I suppose, all about that convenience pricing. But there other items are usually very reasonably priced and of the best quality. I love nothing more than going through all there cabs and gems picking out new gorgeous pieces to create with. My best ones always come from them! The owners are amazing and the "wife" (I believe? Pardon me I'm assuming) has the most extensive knowledge and memory imaginable on literally every gem she has handpicked for their shop. She can tell you absolutely anything about everything and is truly just amazing! Love the new location even more and prices on tools and everyday metalsmith needs seem to have lessened to a more affordable cost making me far more likely to buy local vs. Online especially when I need something ASAP or when I have questions first. They are all amazing with their knowledge of product. Def. I visited the store during our recent vacation and went back a second time. An excellent selection of beads and findings and a very friendly staff. There are tempting samples all over the store and kits and instructions available for all of them. Michelle took time to demonstrate and explain a few things for me, helped me to find just what I wanted/needed and mentioned the instructional videos available on youtube.
