Love the coffee and food, but Today Aug 30, 1137a, was definitely not a good day. There were 3 workers. Barista Francine was at her worst. Watched her slowly rinse all cups, then answer the phone while 4 of us waited for our orders. She then proceeded to then get a new towel, fiddle around then look at the coffee cups waiting to be made. She was either unhappy she was at work or who knows? Several customers after me had their drinks redone. Should the company just be happy that she showed up for work? Great customer service. Lots of free covered parking in structure and clean bathrooms at South Shore Market. Menu is a little confusing but baristas are helpful.

No seating inside shop, but small tables in the main, small mall, a large, family-style shared table in center of mall, and multiple outdoor spaces and benches to have a sip and chat.
