Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Honolulu

Super rude staff there. Placed a take out phone call for pizza and went to the pick up window thinking I could pay there. No directions were given over the phone. They then told me I had to wait in line to pay for a phone order. This kind of pissed me off, as this wasn’t relayed to me prior to placing the order. So, I then stand in line, and unfortunately, I know this is on me, but I had realized that I misplaced my Costco card. I thought it was no big deal. I’ve forgotten my Costco card before at other Costco locations, but I could provide my membership number to prove that I was a Costco member and it wasn’t a problem. Whoever was “helping” me, scoffed, shook his head in disbelief and walked away after scanning his Costco card. This was the same person to tell me to go stand in line. Now I’m not really one to complain or rant about customer service, but whoever that person was, you really need to get trained better. I felt like that was super unprofessional. Overall my experience at this location with staff was overwhelmingly negative. Please be aware of this persons condescending attitude. The only person that was helpful was the cashier I had spoken to after I finished standing in line; he was respectful and helpful. Whoever had helped the cashier when we ran into our little Costco card mishap was the same person to tell me to stand in line, and again, he was super unprofessional. If things aren’t standardized across different Costco’s (per my experience), you cannot/should not expect a customer to know the in’s and outs of your specific Costco locations workflow. So, to anyone reading this, please be wary of this condescending...

Cheap but always busy. But there's nothing like $1.50 hot dog and drink!

No Costco visit is complete without getting a hot dog and drink for $1.50! You looked for parking, fought the crowds, waited in line. You might as well grab a quick bite. If you want a quick and cheap meal this is the place to go.

You can get a regular all beef or a polish. Make sure you ask for a side of sauerkraut if you want to make sure your dog is going to be fully dressed. There is a condiment area with all the other fixings.

What do I buy? Well I like the chicken Caesar salad when I’m trying to be healthy and their turkey pesto sandwich is also good too. I also buy their pizza since you can get a whole pie for $10.

You can call to order ahead so you don’t have to wait and pick it up at the window to skip the lines. You can order also get a pie with half and half too (i.e. combo on one side and pepperoni on the other). Those are just some of my favs.

I miss their gelato. They used to sell really good gelato here. They still have the frozen yogurt but it’s not the same.

They do change their menu every so often and add new items. The most recent addition is beef chili with beans which isn’t bad and reminds me of Wendy’s but with more beans.

The lines can get long but move quick. And btw you don’t need to be a member to go to the food court!

You’ll feel rich when you come here! You can easily get a few items and get full under $10!

Costco Food Court onolicious food and desserts. The pizza yummy and huge. Cheese, Pepperoni and Combo. Hot dog supersized deliciousness and you get a drink too. Hot Turkey Provolone Sandwich big gotta use two hands. Soft Served Ice Cream yummylicious. Theres still more on the menu to choose from. Reasonable prices fast service.
