Harry’s Cafe — Restaurant in Honolulu

Cozy little corner shop with good food. It wasn't crowded at all when we arrived but not long after they got pretty busy. There aren't many workers so a crowd and big take-out orders can be much for them to handle while still providing food service. (She shared it with me herself) so I could tell she has a genuine heart to provide her customers with great service and she lets her customers know if there's going to be a wait before ordering. We enjoyed what we ordered. If I'm out this way again I'd be back but order something else because the other foods looked enticing. The prices are ok for the portion that was served. Looks like they too had to increase prices due to the current economy, which is expected. But like I said, the portion was good for the price of what we of...

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Since Covid hit the place has seemed to be slipping. It is getting pretty dirty and smelled bad. I stopped by with my son today and was directed to sit at a 4 top. The waitress came over and said we could t sit there in case four people came in. I totally get it. When i asked where she would sit and shrugged her shoulders. I asked her if we were welcome or if there was anywhere we could sit and she said no.

I’m not sure if it was near closing time or something else, but it hit me. Why come here if the place is dirty and the people rude? I ended up walking around the corner to Scratch and had an amazing breakfast in a clean friendly environment

Such a shame. My dad would be so sad at what happened...

Great mom and pop family owned breakfast spot near Ward Center in the Honolulu area... Hard to find street parking but if you walk a bit its easier to find. Open early everyday and has their usuals that frequent the area. Usually order take out but had time today so dined in on the counter.

Breakfasts are hearty, decided on the Corned Beef Hash Loco Moco, one of their popular dishes. Unfortunately the gravy was a tad on the saltier side but that was okay since didnt eat all the rice and gravy🤙
