Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Honolulu

I have given this place so many chances. But they get my order wrong 4/5 times. Tonight I went through, and as my order was showing up on the screen, I noticed that my number #10 said $14.28, even though the sign says $12.59. So my total including the 69 cent upcharge for curly fries comes to nearly $16. I asked about it very nicely at the window and she say she doesn't know and makes no attempt to find out. I didn't push it because I was hungry and I just wanted to eat. Get home (two blocks away) and my fries are old and tough like they've been sitting there for a while. And for about the 5th time, the ketchup I specifically asked for was not in the bag. The chicken sandwich was delicious, but it's not unreasonable for me to expect to pay the price that is advertised on the sign. The ketchup isn't that big of a deal, people forget things, but if your sign says a different price you should charge what the sign says. I've been overcharged multiple times, given old fries, chicken tenders that were ice cold in the middle, the wrong sauce, no ketchup, regular fries when I ordered and was charged for curly, all at this location and I've been there less...

Went there in the morning. Theonline hours posted say open at 5am to 10pm, however got there around 7am for the past week and the dining room door was locked. The drive through worker looked at me trying to open the door and just looked away ignoringvthe factvthat i was trying to get in. Guess they forgot last I went there too, but they did open the door after waiting 30minutes. This occurred once. All other times they never even opened the doors. Went there again this morning to dine in at 0710am and doors were locked drive in worker saw me and just looked away. So I walked away. Seems they're only 3 people working at a time, however this cannot be a regular thing. This has been ongoing for almost 2 weeks straight now. Hopefully they fix this so I can get my iced Mac coffee in...

I would leave no stars if I could. We were still deciding on what to order and did not hear her clearly ask us what we were ordering then we rolled down the window and asked her if we could order and she did not respond. Then we waited a few minutes then proceeded to ask again if we could order then she rudely said she had asked us numerous time what we wanted but we barely even heard one question. The night manager was rude and I just tried to order and she was acting like she could not understand my pronunciation. I was asking for a crispy chicken salad. She just repeated salad and then refused to provide me with my order then proceeded then slammed the door and said she would not be taking our order.
