Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Honolulu

I've visited several Jersey Mike locations on island, but I frequent this location so much, it's a wonder they don't know my name already. I getting my sandwiches from here. I always get their Mike's Famous Philly Cheese steak with all its cheesy goodness and an ice cold Raspberry tea to wash it down with. If I come for the sandwich, I most certainly stay for the customer service. The guys at this location are all super nice and accommodating. I've never had a bad customer service experience at any of any Jersey Mike's location.

Compared to Subway, they are little bit on the pricier side for a sandwich, but I think it is better in terms of the quality. If I have a choice between Jersey Mike's and Subway, 9/10 I'm going to pick Mike's. The only downside to this location is the parking can get kind of wacky during lunch time (which is usually when I go) and you have to fight people for parking stalls. Ordered 35 (around 500$) subs at 10am for our crew’s lunch. Get the first call around 11 from a guy claiming to be the GM delaying our order until 11:30 which is understandable. He then called again at 11:30 and Claimed the pos system was down so he couldn’t make our subs in time which is completely irrelevant and offered a refund …. This is at 1130 and I’m a couple minutes away. I get there 3 minutes later and the pos is magically back up, which shouldn’t have made a difference for an order already payed for at 10am. We were offered free chips and a 15% discount for next time. With the first sub not even started until after I walked through the door an hour and a half later, there won’t be...

Until they change the way they operate I do not believe I will return. Besides a remake the manager made me himself when there was not a single customer there either than myself, they have made my sub wrong every single time.... no exaggeration. Its because they take 3-5 customers orders at once then proceed to try and make those sandwiches without writing anything down and jumbling all the toppings for each customers sandwich. Then they rush you to pay and get out of the way before your sandwich is done so it's hard to catch them before they screw up your sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable.
