11/2023 I lived in the community for years but never used the park except for coaching basketball. Apparently, it's the go-to for many families because it has the jungle gym / playground equipment off the 20th Avenue side. There were so many families there on an early Sunday evening. It's also one of the many pickle ball parks with courts. I was amazed at the number of people partaking and how late into the night they went. Great use of a popular neighborhood park. 😉🤙✌️

This is casual pickleball at its' folksy best. The locals bring their own nets and share snacks. They are very welcoming to newcomers and the setting is homespun Hawaii.

Great place for kids to meet up and play. Nice playground, courts, fields and people. No swings though.

The park sits atop a hill with a view of the city. I usually park on the downhill side, nearby the stacked stone stairwell. There is unmetered on-street parking across from sone cute bungalow style homes. I've never worried about leaving my vehicle here unattended. While there are usually a handful of people here, they tend to stay well spaced out, so you never feel crowded. There are often sports games going on at one or more of the fields/courts, and the big field is a great place to goof around with my big, clumsy dog. The bathrooms are cleaner than average for a public park. There are plenty if both sunny and shady spots to hang out. It's just a generally nice little...

Oddly enough, for a public park this place is still lit quite brightly at night and quite active as well. There was some tennis playing going on when I was here at around 9:40pm. It was a 15-20 min stop for me and the fellow patrons on the Party Bus for a girlfriends birthday. The folks there were a little startled by our bus but still friendly. Some let us play with their dogs (they looked like Lassie). The bathrooms were clean and well lit, there wasn’t any graffiti. Good job to City & County who clean this one! I gave it four stars cause even though it was well lit and there was people, the area has always made me feel...

It’s a small community block sized park with a children’s play area, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts and an open field. There is also a small single building office. Also has a bathroom with a small single stall handicap parking stall with access. But there is parking along two of the boundary streets, one with level access to the basketball court, children’s play area and park office building and and access ramps to other areas. The lower street requires stairs to access...
