Title: A Sweet Hit on the K-pop Charts!

Stepping into K-pop Donuts in Honolulu is like entering a colorful, sugary version of your favorite K-pop music video! This place is an absolute bop for anyone with a sweet tooth and a love for all things K-pop.

First off, the donuts here are like the perfect K-pop comeback—packed with flavor, visually stunning, and leaving you wanting more. Each donut is a work of art, inspired by different K-pop groups and idols. Whether you're a fan of BTS, BLACKPINK, or Stray Kids, there’s a donut that pays homage to your bias.

The ARMY Bomb donut, for instance, is a showstopper with its vibrant purple glaze and a surprise filling that’s as sweet as a Taehyung smile. The Pink Venom donut, inspired by BLACKPINK, is a fierce mix of strawberry and chocolate, topped with glittery sprinkles that would make Lisa proud. Every donut is a hit in its own right, just like your favorite K-pop tracks!

What really takes the experience to the next level is the K-pop playlist that’s always playing in the background. As you enjoy your treat, you’ll be grooving along to the latest hits, making it a full-on sensory experience. The staff even throws in a bit of fan service, with friendly banter and recommendations that feel like chatting with fellow stans.

K-pop Donuts isn’t just a donut shop—it’s a celebration of K-pop culture. Whether you're here to snag an Instagram-worthy treat or just indulge your cravings, this place is a total daebak. Don’t miss out on this sweet tribute to your favorite idols when you’re in Honolulu. Trust me, it’s worth...

Disappointing experience. We were excited to try Kpop donuts after passing it by several times while out for activities. As we entered we were blasted with static ridden music from a stereo in the front room - ironically not K-Pop... The music was so loud, the staff could not hear each other or the orders they were taking. The store was out of smoothie supplies and multiple flavors of donuts filling at 7 in the morning. The sample cinnamon twist was passable, and we ordered a couple of "O" donuts. We watched as the staff of three struggled to fill the orders of the 3 people ahead of us, the production person was bringing out "O" donuts one at a time. The cashier who was also handing out the product was confused constantly by the the other 2 staff members, and the person filling orders was trying to read tickets rather than listening for customer orders. While we were there, the average order was 2-3 donuts, and the wait time was about 5 minutes with the donuts already prepared in baskets in front of them. I would hate to see what ordering a dozen would look like. The donuts themselves were undercooked and chewy. My wife didn't even finish hers. Definitely not worth the $3.50 price tag per donut. We chalked this one up as a loss. If you are looking for decent donuts in waikiki,...

The place smells horrible, the person behind the counter doesn’t know English, the food is unhealthy oily and sweet. My daughter badly wanted poi donuts and I couldn’t drive at that moment. When I check Google this was the place that came up and it seemed to have good reviews. I took her there and she asked for poi donuts but they didn’t have any. Then we just thought of going with any donut they had. They looked small in size so I asked if they are bought by a dozen or half a dozen, the man said generally half a dozen. So, I decided to buy half a dozen. He charged me a hefty $31.50 for that much!!!! I was dumbstruck, but just made the payment since I had already purchased it. We came home and had them and they were horrible to taste. The Kamehameha bakery donuts cost only $1.50 each and they taste amazing. I’m never going back to kpop again. If he has morales then he’ll...

Stopped in for doughnuts today (Wed, 11/10/21). Staff were friendly and welcoming. They explained their items since it was our first time experiencing Korean-style doughnut. We ended up buying a half dozen twists. One of the staff compared them to a cross between a churro and a funnel cake. They dip them in cinnamon sugar (or powdered sugar for a small up-charge, if you want). We also got two of the red bean paste doughnuts and a chocolate macadamia nut iced coffee. Everything was delicious! We appreciated them taking the time to showcase the menu and explain their items. Would definitely go back and try some of the other things they had to offer. A little pricey for what you get, but it’s Waikiki after all.

The owners were so nice, as soon as we walked in they greeted us and then proceeded to explain how the donut options worked. You can pick which type of donut you want and whether you want a filling or have it dipped. There are lots of variations and options as well as a hot dog menu. We came in at 9am and there was no line, and these donuts were soo good. I’m honestly a little mad that they weren’t more busy because it’s walking distance from the resort on the street side. We will definitely be coming back here for the remainder of our stay and I would suggest you do the same.
