Melanie was amazing she is a great example of great customer service. The food was also AMAZING. I got the seafood platter, and it tasted fresh. I came back for a second time, and unfortunately, the server we got this time around was rude and condescending. My sister, who is disabled, just took a seat at an open table while I was going to stand in line to order food (like she did the first time we went.) She (AMBER THE SERVER) told us we could not sit unless we already ordered our food but yet I was next at the line. When I mentioned something about it she then basically sat us at the same table my sister had sat at before, but the table had an uneven leg so since there was another table availablr, I told the server were going to sit at the other table. Then another group after us ordered food, and Amber told us she needed that table for them, but yet they had not even finished ordering yet. So she first denied my disabled sister to sit at a table and then she forced us out of the table that we had sat at saying they needed the big table for someone else, even though there was another table next to us that was empty which was the same size. On top of that, she was laughing at us when we were forced to go sit at the unstable table, and finally, the other server came to help fix the unstable table. Needless to say, AMBER the server who was rude to us and condescending NEEDS more customer service training and maybe Melanie can teach her that even though it is not her (Amber's) family business she still needs to treat customer with respect. Loved the FOOD and would come back because of the food, but if I go there in September 2025 and see AMBER as the server, i will think twice about actually eating there. Hopefully, when I go back there in September, a different server will be there, and for sure, I will take my family there. MELANIE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND HOPEFULLY AMBER CAN BE BETTER. The star of the show here is definitely the shrimp – and for good reason! We all ordered it, and it was truly amazing. Cooked to perfection, it was flavorful and satisfying. Our shrimp came with a simple yet effective trio of side salad, rice, and corn. While the corn might have been from a can or frozen, it certainly didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal. What truly impressed us, beyond the delicious food, was their commitment to dietary needs. Blue Water Shrimp and Seafood boasts a dedicated gluten-free menu.

The seafood was well worth the visit but the sides were mediocre. Nice amount and flavor of dressing on the side salad, but the rice and corn were nothing special. We had the Ahi tuna, pink snapper, and spicy garlic shrimp. The tuna was seared to perfection and seasoned similarly. The snapper was pan-fried with a nice crispy edge and covered with a very sweet salsa (the fish may have been more savory with less or no salsa, but was very good regardless). The garlic shrimp was a unique blend of seasonings with mildly spicy garlic butter. It was well prepared to slightly overdone.

Finally, we got the pineapple smoothie (that comes in a pineapple). It had an amazing presentation with a delicious flavored smoothie to match. A little pricey, but worth the experience. Overall, the portions were quite good considering each plate costs about $22.

The atmosphere was similar to a food court. It was very busy and you order at the counter before getting a table. Despite it being quite busy, the staff was efficient and accurate. No one specifically checked on us, but were very responsive when asked...
