Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Honolulu

Walked in to order but had to wait because they had a order wrong for a customer. Then the cashier named (Jianbin Y) took my order 1 -3 meat treat , 2 custom pepperoni cheese bread, 2- CRAZY BREAD, 1- 3 cheese and herb crazy puffs. After 50 mins she told me my order was ready I asked her where's my 2- orders of Crazy Breads she looked at me and said we don't have they ran out of crazy Breads & mind you I already paid with my card for my orders & she telling me after they ran out of crazy Breads..This was not good so another employee came out & said if I want to replace it for something else so I told her ohk I'll get the Italian cheese Breads then she starts telling me I ordered it already which I didn't we went back n fourth so I showed her it was pep cheese bread then she said" OH" so I changed my mind I wanted a refund for my 2- crazy Breads she said she have to refund everything back in order to get the refund...Bruuuhhh I'm irritated at them already so I asked her to be refunded in cash instead because this was their fault not mines, problem was getting out of hand with their BAD ATTITUDES & NO APOLOGIES TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Got my cash refund & walked out NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK TO THIS LITTLE...

They don't deliver to my location, so pick up it is. Did an online order, took about 10-12 minutes to get there from my location, which isn't TOO far.

Finally get there and there's a sign on the door that says "2 people", the man in front of me was told he has to wait outside, but when he finally decided to go in, his order was already ready and waiting.

Went in right after him, and the lady at the counter didn't acknowledge me for at least 8 mins. I stood there and she did whatever it took not to look at me, or even acknowledge that I was standing there.

They have all their tickets taped to the front counter, and she was doing whatever it took to make sure ALL those orders were taken care of first. By the time she spoke to me, my order was already sitting in the warmers the whole time I was standing there.

The taste of the pizza and wings is great.

But the second pizza wasn't cut all the way through...🤦🏻‍♀️

Overall the food and prices saved this review...

If you need a pizza(who doesn't, sans lactose intolerant people...), just make your life easy and swing by this location

Food - The level of consistency with this location is astounding. I probably order here every other week, maybe every week. I have never been disappointed, pizzas are always properly cooked and my order has NEVER been missing an item, topping, sauce, etc.. The extramostbest easily outclasses 90% of their direct competitors and those pizza bites that look like muffins are to die for...

Staff - The folks who work here are the definition of service with a smile. And it isn't like they have the greatest working conditions in that little store which can get super busy, but I have never seen them phased by it, just real nice people serving up high value food.

Location - Right off Beretania, having both street parking up front or in the lot makes this a super convenient location.

TLDR - Superb value, consistent, super friendly...
