First things first, do not expect this place to provide anything new or fancy. They have standard hawaiian plate lunches to go along with some chinese dishes which are all pretty good, some are a lot better than others to be honest. That being said the thing that makes this great is the price. It's one if not the cheapest takeout place I've eaten at. $10.50 for their Chicken Katsu with BBQ Chicken is an absolute steal and they don't skimp out on the portions either. They have a pretty large menu so if you want something else then they probably have it. Most of their regular plates are $12.50 to $13 and their mini is about $9. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick...

It didn't feel like there was any AC running. Some of the tables were covered in empty boxes or boxes of ingredients like Costco size mayonnaise for the mac salad. I ordered the chicken katsu and BBQ chicken special and it was plenty food. Nothing spectacular, but it was cheap in today's Hawaii economy and it filled me up. I was looking for the rubbish bin and it was just another empty box on the ground with a garbage bag wrapped inside it. I'd get takeout next time, but good value. Support...

My go to dish is either the mapo tofu or cold ginger chicken. Although I want to try their salt and pepper shrimp and salt and pepper pork chops, I just keep going back to my norms. Oh, I do want to try their burgers too. For some reason I always think that these hole in the wall plate lunch places have really good greasy burgers. Enjoy this place while its still here, because these type of eateries are not going to stay around forever, even though I...
