Went to the drive thru. Ordered but so hard to hear the worker. She was talking so soft. I told her that I couldn't hear her very good. Went to the payment window and she was not attentive and was singing and talking to another worker. I had to get her attention a few times to make my payment. She took forever giving me my receipt and change. I wanted my receipt more than my 5 cent change. She handed me both the change and receipt like if it was dirty with her pinky up in the air as if when you drink from a teacup with pinky up. She just dropped it in my hand where I caught the receipt but the nickel dropped. She laughed and called someone. I was so irrated that I just drove up to the food pickup counter. Asked for the manager to tell her the incident and before I could finish, she walked towards the girls to talk to them. Well, apparently this caused another worker to walk by and loom at me to see who it was. Because now I was irritated, I called put and said "did you get a good look?". Then from where the manager was, someone yelled out and said.."no worry babes, just go"...Really?! Is this how we train and teach our younger generation. This location is horrible with bad customer service, including the manager. Not at anytime did she come back to me to apologize or anything. I was at the food pickup window for over 10 mins. I was about to cancel my complete order but my grandkids were so hungry. You hear about stories of workers doing something to your food and I was like God, please don't let that happen, this is for my grandkids. Read moreComing from a former McDonald’s employee- This location is so bad I actually feel bad for the front line employees for working in such terrible conditions. Every time time I try to mobile order it does not work despite my mobile orders working at every other location I visit. The drive thru line and line inside is always ridiculously long (wouldn’t be so bad if mobile ordering worked) and the wait for food is also extremely long (another frustration after a failed attempt to mobile order). The customers are in a bad mood and the front line staff is over worker receiving little to no help even though they are clearly in need of more training and support. Always mess up my order and I swear they never put salt on the fries. Every time I visit this location the ice cream machine is broken. Today it was not broken, but the cashier struggled with the machine and then claimed that it was the last sundae, so we would not be able to order the second sundae. We sat and waited for about a half hour for our food and an employee added the mix to the ice cream machine. We watched a drive thru employee make a McFlurry, so we got back in line the order the second sundae. The cashier could have just asked if we were willing to wait for it rather than refusing to ring us up for it. Read moreOrdered a local deluxe and other things through the drive thru, came home ate the other things i ordered first, opened the local deluxe, which is Portuguese sausage, spam, eggs and rice. Took me a second to realize that instead of my eggs being there, they just gave me more rice. 1/4 of the ingredients of the entree was missing, Went in to complain, Manager gave me a sigh and a pathetic apology, just one you give to get rid of me, replaced my meal and didn't offer me anything for my troubles? I mean i had to drive there an extra time and the manager made me feel like i was inconveniencing her with my issue, just incase you want to give her a pass about it being busy, when i was in there, there was no one else in line.
In addition, they always have trouble with their ice machine, they put up signs saying no ice for drinks, it's up so often that i can't tell if it's a new sign or an old one that they didn't bring down. Poor horrible experience, at other Mcdonald's at least they offer more than an apology, and offer to provide you with free menu items or a refund for them screwing up, not this one....THIS one if they mess up, it's your fault? Or that's the feeling i was getting.
