Went to this place for the first time ever the Drinks were good, but the service suck that gentleman behind the counter or whoever he was seriously needs a reality Check he needs customer service training. And needs to learn how to talk to his customers with that attitude. I am very surprised that people keep coming back. And yes, they close at 5, but someone walked in after me and he literally yelled at her. We closed. I guess he doesn't need the business or money. But it was really bad customer service and I think I could find some place...

Order: Large Yuzu Green Tea with Grass Jelly 25% sweetness Large Oolong Milk Tea with Boba, Regular sweetness

Taste: boba was nice and chewy. The tea itself tasted good but I prefer that the tea has a stronger taste. It was by overpowered by the milk and sweetener.

Customer Service: Cashier was soft spoken, I had to ask him a few times to speak up. Boba barista was loud and expressed gratitude upon giving me my drinks. Time to make the drinks was slowly than I’m used to.

Overall, a good place to try boba. Nice to have after dim sum...

Cute little gem that had a nice variety of choices. The menu was robust and organized well. I opted for the non caffeinated taro milk tea with boba and lychee jelly. I loved that you could choose the level of sweetness. I went with 25%, and it was perfect - sweet but not too sweet. A nice refreshing...
