Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Honolulu

Horrible experience, poor customer experience, I ordered 2 medium pizzas the arrived stone cold and I spoke to the manager she was so rude and dismissive and not customer friendly at all ! I will never spend another dime with Pizza Hut!

I’m diabetic and I expressed that the manager stated that’s not my concern, I asked to speak with her manager and she transfer me to the call center and the call center was not helpful.

I will be reaching out to corporate office and let them know about the poor customer experience . Plus a refund

Don’t do business...

I almost exclusively use the app to order ahead, and it’s great. The stores workers always gets my special orders down. Only gripe is the store counter is small, and your order is placed in a box in the side. I hate to grab any bag, as people can make mistakes, but the workers on the line are busy. Also, if there are multiple orders, the box can get crammed.

Since it’s tight quarters and their soda machine is located in the dining area I can see why they can’t set up an external table for pickups easily, but I hate that I have to handle other peoples bagged foods to check if I grab the right one.

Otherwise, it’s probably the cleanest taco bell I’ve been in, workers are quick, and custom orders...

The personal pan pizza was disappointing. The order stated light cheese and there was extra cheese. Also, states extra mushrooms and charged for it and there were mushroom crumbs, it was minimal amount. Very disappointing. The pride in making Pizza Hut pizzas has declined. There was a time when pizzas from Pizza Hut was something to look forward to because of the quality of the pizza. Sad to say the spark in making enjoyable pizza and standing proud of the brand is not there anymore. If you need to contact me please...
