Refreshing that a chain restaurant can do such a good job. Definitely try this place and see what you think. Guys, this is the place to bring your girlfriend! They have great guy food and really good light bites too! We met for lunch one weekday and walked right in and were seated. Tons of draft beer selections and great choices on the menu. Burgers, pasta, seafood and many with Cajun flair. Salads are delicious, inspired and are plentiful in size. Custom cocktails too. One of the few places I’ve seen that had a skinny margarita on the menu. Service was friendly, quick and very good overall. We had the Tuna-tini to start which is a seared tuna appetizer that was delicious. All three of us had salads that were tasty and filling. Flavors were all good and fresh. Restrooms were well stocked, all working and clean. Facility was clean and well maintained. Front of the house was friendly and quick to seat. Our server was knowledgeable and super friendly without hovering. Chain originates out of Baton Rouge, La. Well done Walk- Ons! We will definitely be going back to this place. Urban Cowgill May 2023

We had a great time at Walk-On’s! The atmosphere is unbelievable and one of the best I have ever experienced. There are TVs everywhere and I’m not sure there are enough sports channels to watch on all of them. To match the atmosphere, is the great food! I ordered the Shrimp Poboy with Crawfish Étouffée. The poboy was good but really nothing other than what you would get anywhere else. Great quality and great tasting poboy but just what you would expect. The étouffée was great! Not too spicy at all and all the ingredients you would want in an étouffée. I would have liked it to be a bit more spicy but then again I’m a spicy food loving kind of guy. My wife ordered the Cajundillas and I was presently surprised and yes I did try her meal too or more like I finished it for her 😉. They are not like your typical quesadillas since Walk On’s adds Andouille sausage and boudin in their Cajundillas. It came with Red Beans which is read beans and rice. We had a great time with great food and I highly recommend Walk On’s Sports Bistreaux to anyone!

My first experience dining at any Walk On's Location. I decided to eat here after coming from Huntsville to hike at Oak MountainState Park. I arrived at the right time to get seated quickly. I ordered Boudin Balls to start with. These were great and just the right amount of spice to them. As my entree, I got the Crawfish Two Ways. It was Crawfish Etouffee and Fried Crawfish Tails. These were great. The only problem that arose from this was I found some small pieces of crawfish shells in my dish. To top everything off (and added to me busting at the seams), I ordered Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding. This was awesome and a must if you can save room for it. My only complaint (other than the crawfish shells) was that I felt rushed between courses. It was like a push to hurry up to eat and get the booth ready for the next customer. A Nathan's Hot Dog Eating contest feeling. Overall, I was satisfied and can't wait for one to open in Huntsville.

This was my first and last time visiting this location. My son chose this restaurant as to celebrate becoming a high school senior. There was about 15 people in our party our Server was Jasen. Everything started out great he even informed us to be patient with him because he had just started two weeks ago. Despite our food being delicious but room temp/cold (all 15 of us) and us having to send it back everything was great until it was time to pay. Jasen our server couldn’t figure out how to do our checks despite him asking us and recreating them several times. He kept getting my $100+ check wrong and adding items that shouldn’t be there. I explained this to him only for him to “correct” it by putting 2 more of the incorrect item on the check. We all had split checks and he couldn’t correctly bill us because he was too busy being self righteous and a know it all because he couldn’t accept he needed help with getting the checks correct and I asked for a manager. He argued with me and my party and told me that it didn’t matter if the manager came or not that it would be better to just do things his way because a manager would take longer he also insinuated that we were trying to skip out on 2 strawberry lemonade’s that didn’t belong on our bill all the while we were telling him not only did we not have those drinks but they didn’t bill us for one of our meals. If we were trying to steal we wouldn’t have been making a stink about making sure we paid for another $20+ meal they left off. He even made snide and nasty remarks to me and my party as well as refused in front of a manager to give me a pen (snatched it off the table and said “you don’t need no pen”) to sign my receipt because I paid with my debit card and he also insinuated that he will just put whatever gratuity he wants on there so he wasn’t giving me a pen. He said and did all this in front of a manager. The manager was very patient and understanding and helped somewhat resolve the issue. All in allJasen ruined what was suppose to be a milestone celebration and family moment because he couldn’t accept that he wasn’t good at his job and ask for help. Instead he chose to insult customers because his little ego was hurt. I will also be contacting corporate because first week or not you don’t talk to a customer that way. Again, services were great until it was time to pay and he couldn’t accept that he needed to rely help from management or another team member. This was my very first time eating at a walk ons and it will be my very last. Totally ruined my child’s moment and they only get to be a senior ONCE. This could be a great location just needs a change in staff. This location doesn’t value their customers experience if they allow the wait staff to act this way, especially in front of managers and...

Have been coming here since y’all opened! Never had an issue until last night. No one at the host desk. When he finally did arrive, he went right for his big cup and took a few slurps!! Never said hello, welcome to walk-ons…nothing. I told him we had three and he then tried to seat us a table with seats too high for the children!! I had two small children with me and I would say that the restaurant wasn’t even half full (probably less) as it was 5 pm!!! When I told him that wouldn’t work, he grunted and then went back to the desk to look …then seated us at a dirty table. I had everything wiped down before the server came. Server was new and not knowledgeable, but was sweet and got our orders right. Last straw for me was when I took the kids over to the claw games and realized I only had twenties in my wallet. Went over ti the desk where the same host from earlier was standing and talking to at least others. We stood there and no one acknowledged us! I finally asked if anyone knew if I might be able to get change if I went over to the bar (with the kids!). He uttered, “Uh, idk…maybe”. Then went back to talking to the others. Then went back to our table and waited for the server. Again, she said she was new and didn’t know, but would take my $20 and go in the back and ask. You either need new hosts or they need a whole lot more training!! Won’t be back for a while after last night!! I will be calling the Greystone location later today!! App you have on the link doesn’t load and my husband works in IT. Zero excuses for rude and/or...

I'm just going to get straight to the point of this review! I was expecting way more than what I experienced at this place! We had a party of 18 (celebration of birthday and promotion) here last night, and we was told that we had a 70 minute wait! Well apparently, they can't tell time, because we waited from 6:45pm til 8:20pm until we could be seated! Not only that, all of us couldn't be seated, even after the fact that the waitress told all of us that our tables were ready! Ok, please explain to me how were our tables ready, when 5 or 6 of us had to stand against the wall and wait for this couple to finish eating? Not to mention, the guy at the table was giving us ugly looks as if he refused to leave the table. Most of the people's food were cold! Never have I been to a restaurant where we had to wait 2 hours to eat, then be lied to about our tables being ready, when they weren't. The only reason why I give this place 1 star, is because the food was good! Other than that, customer service needs a lot of improvement because of the fact that we were not treated fairly. I will be calling the corporate office in...
