Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hopewell

Went here for the first time to grab some Ice Cream for my son and I.

Pros: The environment was peaceful and clean. We were seen promptly by an associate who was very helpful. The ice cream itself was delicious and they did have waffle cones in stock (seems to be a common complaint).

Cons: Unfortunately they were out of some flavors that I wanted (the ice creams in question looked a little messed up and melty). Also, what I can only assume was the manager/shift leader came out from the back in the middle of our interaction and verbally assualted our associate for something she said he had done. Customer service was not the best. The lady had her headset on but also had her air pod in talking on the phone so she couldn’t hear anything I was saying. She put the ice cream right on top of the cone and it fell off before we could even leave the building. (She gave us a bowl for my son after that). Left and my second sons ice-cream fell right off all over the car. The cones were also very stale and our ice cream was slimey. It went right in the trash and we had to go to Dairy Queen next door because we were taking my son for ice cream for his birthday....

I am beyond appalled that I was lied to about the flavor I was served. I attempted to buy Oreo to which they claimed they were out… AGAIN!! They offered nutty coconut and I accepted to which I was given a brown ice cream that tasted of coffee. I was either given severely freezer burnt ice cream or I was lied to. My granddaughter emailed a complaint and was told that the owner would email back but she has not received an email. This is unprofessional and unacceptable that they lie to their customers and blow them off with a serious complaint. I will not...
