Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Horizon City

We placed an order via the Pizza Hut app. After over an hour of waiting, we checked the status of the order only to find out that the order was marked “delivered” over 40 minutes ago! We called this location as this is where our delivery was coming from and were told that we could get a refund for our order. We’ve still not received a refund, nor have we received a follow up from the manager as promised.

I called my bank and disputed the charge today since I could not get any of their “customer service” representatives to assist me (they just directed me to call back to this location who have been no help). I gave you guys plenty of time to make this right, now you can deal with my bank.

Also, we used to place an order nearly every week from this location and have been a let down. Three strikes and you’re out. We will never spend another penny at this Pizza Hut or ANY other Pizza Hut for that matter. Everyone out pizzas the HUT! Good riddance!

Clearly you train your delivery drivers to mark orders as delivered well before the actual delivery in order to keep the big bosses happy with your adherence - they need to look into this as I can’t be the only one who...

I placed an order for delivery and the app said it would take about 25 minutes for delivery. I checked the app 30 minutes later and the order was still being prepared. 45 minutes into the order the app said it was ready for delivery. An hour and 10 had passed and the delivery said it was about to be delivered but the app showed the vehicle still in the restaurant. About an hour and 20 minutes I finally got a notification that the food was delivered but it was not. I called multiple times and nobody answered and they finally picked up the phone and hung it up. I went in person to cancel the order and they could not provide me with the proof of the cancelation. They also said the delivery time was between 1 to 2 hours. That means that the orders can be sitting there for 2 hours to be delivered. I understand that there is a lot of orders but don't lie to the customers. Every time I come to this Pizza Hut, I’m blown away by the amazing service and the fresh, delicious food! From the moment I walk in, Crystal greets me and my family with the warmest smile – her customer service is top-tier and truly makes us feel at home. She always goes above and beyond, and it never goes unnoticed.

The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere every single visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

And the food? Absolutely AMAZING! Always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Whether it’s a classic pepperoni or a specialty pizza, it hits the spot every time. Whenever I’m craving pizza, this is the ONLY place I think of. Hands down, the best Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had!
