Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hot Springs

I was very disappointed in my lunch buffet experience yesterday. There were very few pizzas out and all seemed to be supreme or variations. Most of the pizza was cold. Normally when I eat at various Pizza Hut buffets, there's a choice of crusts, these were all thick (I prefer thin although I admit the crust isn't a big deal). The tomato sauce for the bread sticks was cold, not even room temperature. There were only a few bread sticks and they had obviously been out for a while. The salad bar was very picked over and never replenished. Since I was waiting to see if they put out fresh pizza and breadsticks, I was there quite a while and no one ever checked on me to refill my drink. To top things off, I was queasy starting about an hour or two after eating, and I suspect it was from the temperature of the buffet not being maintained and "old" food. I would have pointed out the issues and asked for hot foot, but could not get...

I placed a curbside order and drove to Pizza Hut. I had 4 minutes left until the app said it was done. After I got the notification that it was done, I waited 10 minutes and then called to check on my order. She told me they only had two pizzas done and just put the third one in the oven. I waited almost half an hour on the third pizza and called them again. She told me that they were about to have her call me to see if I was still going to pick up my order. I WAS THERE FOR 45 MINUTES WAITING!!!!!! I told her that and she apologized and said they were getting it ready. About 5 minutes later my food was brought out and my food wasn’t hot, it was barely warm. The person who brought me my food didn’t say a single word, did t apologize, offer a discount, a dessert or anything. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered...

Ordered a pizza online, it was 2 HOURS LATE. The phone number given goes to a call center in Memphis, so you can't even talk to the people at the store. I was told that my total would be discounted appropriately for the amount of time the driver was late. I'm pretty sure over 2 hours should have been free! The driver arrived finally with my super cold meal and no condolences for how insanely long it took. He didn't even know what all I had ordered and had to dig around in the back of his truck to locate it all. I was supposedly going to receive a full refund for the amount I spent, plus a 30.00$ store credit. I'm still waiting on that refund to my account 5 days later. After talking to the very uninformed call center manager today, i assume I'll have my refund...
