Didnt matter what the air was set on, it would only run for a few minutes and then not come on. Temp says 71 and it feels like 80. The bed is not comfortable, very cheap old style inner spring mattress. I can actually feel the springs. Pillows feel like 5 dollar pillows from the dollar store. Do not use the hand lotion or conditioner unless you want to stink, bring your own. Ice machines on all floors are out of order. The swimming pool looks nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If it wasnt for the staff, I would have rated lower. I wont stay here again because I have not slept all night due to no blackout curtains, a sheer beige curtain that blocks out no light and we got even luckier to get a room that has a super bright outside light. So not only am I burning up, its looks like daylight in this room!!!!!! Who puts two panels of real curtains on the side of windows that dont cover the window and dont move, insane!!!! If you like lit up rooms that are hot, this is your place. If not, you'll be up all night, hot, blinded by the light and writing a review. If the rates were cheaper, I would have expected less. But the Hampton inn, and comfort inn are in the same price range and they have, air, curtains and great beds. Lessoned learned. Took picture of curtain to show how bright and the suns not up yet.

BEWARE!!! SCAMMY BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! This hotel and it's sister property down the road (also a Comfort Inn by Choice) charge a 3% CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE for paying with credit card! This is an incredibly scammy, scummy thing to do. It's in the fine print just before booking. Other people who stayed here reference the same surcharge and say they were completely unaware. THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS IS A COST OF DOING BUSINESS THESE DAYS. They're just ripping guests off for an extra 3%! Vote with your wallets and don't stay here! Don't encourage this business practice!!

The attached photos are of the bathroom’s clogged air ducts! The bathroom fan was inoperable. The bed was tolerable, not particularly comfortable and the comforter was very thin. We stayed on the first floor, past the breakfast bar. When we checked in the first night, we request an additional toilet bowl clean, as sediment was still in the toilet. When we informed the front desk staff of spilled milk on the floor in the afternoon (had been there all day), they put up a wet floor sign and the floor remained sticky for our multi-day visit.

Having never been there before let me tell you I'm so glad to have found this place. I had gone there for a vacation to see and witness Hot springs National Park. After getting there later in the day, I was tired from driving all day. I began looking for a place. Drove through town and my options started dwindling. I finally found this place and I'm glad I did. What first struck me was how clean the outside appearance was. This told me that people who own this actually cares about what it looks like. Walked in and was greeted by a woman named Haley. She told me they had rooms available for multiple nights. I was happy. My room was super clean and comfortable. King size bed was comfy. Room was clean and smelled clean. Nice bathroom. Came with a mini Fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with coffee and tea. 40 inch television, lounge chair and desk with chair. My room was near an exit so I parked my vehicle right next to it. Thus facility also offers a small pool, exercise room and business center. But I didn't use any of those areas. Breakfast was served and boy was it plentiful. Eggs, Sausage and biscuits and gravy, Grits, fruit, waffles, hard boiled egg, cold cereal, juice and coffee. Danish, . If you go away hungry from this place it's your fault. My room was quiet. I didn't hear my neighbors either. Plenty of handicapped spots as well. Safe, clean, comfortable and affordable. This place is awesome. Upon checking out, Holly was there to greet me and asked if I needed anything else. A pleasant, warm way to start my day. Kudos to you, Haley and the owners of this particular place. In my opinion this...

Me and my family stayed at this location July 20th-21, from time of check in we were treated very poorly. Deborah was the front desk host very rude, not a pleasant person to speak with. My uncle and his family stayed at the same hotel with us and so he helped us bring our things in and before even getting settled in the room Deborah from the front desk is calling us asking us “Why is there another Adult in the room when there is only suppose to be 2” first of all I was very unpleased with the situation because now I felt I was being watched. She did proceeded and said technically the room is for only 4 people but we made arrangements for you guys. Mind you we had a 2 queen beds 2 adults and 3 kids. My sister and her two kids and me and my son so that room is all we needed. Then my card notifications goes off and I see that they have overcharged my card by 50 dollars. So Deborah took it upon herself to CHARGE MY CARD WITH NO AUTHORIZATION FROM ME and when I called back I spoke with “Jessica” and she told me my card was charged because we had TOO MANY ADULTS in the room. So Deborah took my card information and overcharged me for a person I had ALREADY EXPLAINED TO HER that was not staying in my room. Me and my family had an HORRIBLE experience. No one spoke to us for check in. We were not treated like a customer more like people who was not welcome. But I promise this will be dealt with because I have never before been treated the way I have and me and my family stayed very respectful and made sure we...

My husband and I decided to get a room here since we were leaving the casino and didn’t want to drive a hour back home. I called to see if any rooms were available and “Tonya” the lady at the front desk said they had a king size available which is what I requested. We made it to the hotel room to book and pay for the room which took her 30 mins to get us checked in because she’s new and there were no king size rooms available. So we had to take the room with the double queen beds which looked like full size beds. We literally checked in around 4AM & still had to check out at 11AM same morning. We were okay with everything. Well Today we get a bank notification saying we were charged $250 from the room. I called and talked to the “owner” Blake who says we smoked in the room.. when I tried to explain that we never smoked in the room Blake argued with me and got really rude saying that he knew that we smoked in the room and he couldn’t rent it out. Smh. Why would I smoke when I come to the casino often and may need to stay there again! If the horses weren’t running we would have stayed at the casino hotel that night. I honestly feel because we were THE ONLY BLACK PEOPLE THERE that it was a problem!! Blake literally told me on the phone to not come back to his hotel. Which was extremely hurtful to hear after you’ve spent your money and you know you’ve done absolutely nothing wrong. I don’t advise “my kind” to go there. I would have rather took a risk driving drunk back home then to get charged for something...
