Ordered $40 worth of food and they gave me a extra leg instead of my 2 wings. I paid for white meat but the kicker is they are running some sort of underground daycare in the lobby and the man that is the manager didn't even bat a the there was toddlers all over crawling on blankets. I didn't get good service from the younger Asian lady she was so rude. The food was super greasy through the bags and she didn't want to give us sauces , napkins or even a folk to eat the food with. I just think that something should be done because it wasn't even 8 pm and the lobby was closed for Daddy daycare to do it thing but I had to eat in the car. I wanted to order some drinks but they rushed me on the microphone. And the wait in the drive thru was unacceptable. We waited at least 15 minutes to order and another 15 for out food. I wasn't at all satisfied and if you are looking for the buffet they didn't have it going on so idk when that is suppose to be happening. I don't suggest coming here because the service is terrible and I shouldn't have to even go there on how safe it is to have a baby or 3 crawling around along with what looked like people living in the lobby. What is really going on ? Who authorized the daycare chicken place ? Do the kids work there ?Is this a all the time thing happening after hours ? Does the city health department even know it's 2 businesses going at once ? And if not.a daycare why so many children after hours? And if wasn't after hours then why lock paying customers outside to eat in their cars? Questions I want answers to and don't try to mute my review because this is my right to show and say my experience . And the macaroni and cheese sure aint macaroni it tasted watered down with no salt at all. The chicken was so greasy it was leaking grease through the paper bag. The only thing right was the rolls and the mashed potatoes. They really didn't do a satisfactory job and don't...
Read moreI have dined here before today, and brought others with me. I went to the restaurant today for the lunch buffet. The chicken on the table was dry. I asked for a fresher piece of chicken. The manager gave me another piece of chicken but it was not fresh. It was dry as well. I asked the cashier for fresher piece. She gave me a fresh piece. Then the manager came from the back to my table to tell me she does not want to waste food and told me the chicken was not dry. I told her it was dry to me and I don't pay for dry food. She proceeded to push the chicken in my face stating that the chicken was not dry. I asked her if my preference of how I prefer my chicken bothers her I would not come back. She responded by saying don't come back. She wanted me to accept what she said. This lady confronted me about how I should eat my chicken. Well she no longer has to be concerned about me or my family. We will never go back again. She can continue to sell dry chicken to people. Watch your...
Read moreSo i havent been here in years and wanted to give them a try since i remember how good those yeast rolls were and i didnt feel like cooking today. The chicken arrived hot which is the one plus but it was flavorless, heavily breaded and just not as good as i remember the last time. Sadly, even the yeast roll was underwhelming, it was hard as a brick and not fresh. The fried okra was ok but I've had better. This will more than likely be my last time here. The prices have went up and the quality of the food has went down which is becoming a trend with most fast food joints now days, so sad! I give it 2 stars because the lady that worked there was nice otherwise it would of been 1 star. You can make better fried...
