Ann’s is the best!! Charming neighborhood viet spot! The beef banh mi, vermicelli bowls, egg rolls, oxtail pho are my favs but I’m determined to try everything on the menu. My husband and I have been eating here a few times a month for over a year and are always pleased. The prices are fair when you see the portions and how fresh the food is. We also love the boba tea! So many great options my top 3 are classic black milk tea, coconut refresher with jellies, or taro crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e. The only thing I wish is they opened before 10am on Saturday’s. We love the Vietnamese coffee and would order more frequently but we are early birds so if we are getting coffee from somewhere in the morning it’s usually much earlier. Customer service is always great! The ambiance is relaxed and inviting. Hoping they sell merch in the future. Would totally wear an Ann’s Tea House shirt or put a cute sticker on my computer. So thankful to have a place like this right down the street <3

I’ve never written a review so fast! I just left Ann’s Teahouse maybe 20 minutes ago. Everything is spectacular! You must get the pho with the oxtails. This is the best most flavorful broth I have ever tasted. Of course the spring rolls are incredible along with the peanut sauce. But I cannot say enough about this incredibly flavorful broth that comes with the pho. The service was incredible! She was very patient and helped me make the best decision as to what to order to help clear out a sinus infection. I am so grateful I stopped by today. Everything is so fresh, refreshing, and light. Delicious! Run, don’t walk today! !

I've been a regular customer since they opened a year ago or so. The foods and drinks are always delicious and aesthetically served. Yesterday late afternoon, a male employee got my order and made it. Two drinks and a waffle. No other customer's order in the same time they were making. The drinks came first, reasonably fast. Then waiting for the waffle took 10-15 minutes. It was almost cold, and dark (kinda burned) on the bottom part. Looks like that employee got distracted and forgot to remove it completely from the waffle maker and let it partially burn after it was done. If I was not running out of time and my daughter wouldn't take it, I could just reject it and ask him to make a new one. No apology or whatsoever. The same situation happened to my husband, but the employee apologized and...

I’ve been to many teahouse around Houston/China town/ Katy and happen to tried this new place. This teahouse prices are ridiculous high! I know everything is high now; however the prices here are not even reasonable. The meat is dry not as moist as other Viet restaurants I’ve experienced

This price compares to a fancy Vietnamese restaurant located in high end area like Galleria/heights. I understand there is no Viet foods near by but if you can drive another 5 miles out you can find way better Viet dish vermicelli and rice dish.

If you pay for good drinks and foods yes it’s worth it; however you pay for this price but the drinks and foods are not equivalent to the price, complete a rip off, it’s worth to...
