Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Houston

Customer service very lacking. I tested the ice cream and went to throw the spoon a way step back to order and the young gentleman took another gentleman's order I didn't mind because there was a young lady there so I thought she would help me but she just stood there got a second and then she walk to the back but then the a worker from one of the other stores walks in and goes to the ladies room and the basket Robbins works starts to make a shake with out anyone placing an order. I thought she must be helping her coworker with the gentleman ahead of me. Then the other worker comes out of the ladies room and after the Baskin Robin worker finished making the shake she calls her over to gives it to her. Afterwards she stands there and I don't say a word, I just look at here like I can't believe you just ignore me. Mind you by know I have been standing in the store for about 10mins. Then she walks over and say "Oh can I help you" like she just saw me, no apology. I know that she knew that I had been waiting for service because my son had placed his order and was seating at a table eating his ice cream. I told no that what she did was very unprofessional and she couldn't help me and asked for the manger. Was told that there was no manager available. I asked for name she told me it was Jennifer. Baskin- Robbins 🍧 I still love this place. They still have the best ice cream cakes. I plan to do some more dessert exploring but for now Baskin- Robbins still holds the title for ice cream cakes. I also love the ice cream from BR. It is always fresh and enjoyable. I am not into the super decadent ice cream scene as far as putting fruit, gummy bears and things of that nature in my ice cream. I am just a regular guy who likes chocolate or vanilla. Occasionally, I will dabble in cookies and cream when I'm feeling super icey. I will continue to enjoy this place and might even go get me an ice cream cake now that I'm up here trying about it. I just need a reason to go buy a whole cake. Who wanna go half on a cake...

Walked into the store and about 5 employees were in the back just chilling having a good ol talk. One of the guys was even comfortable enough to rest his foot by the counter top. Service was ok! But i highly recommend that is business is slow, they should really get some cleaning tasks out of the way. The floor was very sticky and marked up with all the floor build up. The windows where the ice cream sits were all streaky looked gross. The trash can was so full my kid ice cream cup fell over onto the floor.
