Update, all I wanted was an apology from the owner and they did not apologize. I emailed the owner of the business as asked for in the reply. My primary complaint has been that I was refused a refund when I discovered that my order wasn't ready when I arrived. The owner is now telling me that he would not expect me to have wanted a refund because of how fast they made my order after I arrived. However I made it clear to the manager when he told me my order wasn't ready that I just wanted a refund because I didn't have time to wait for them to make my order. I'm extremely confused why the owner of the business can't simply say, "I will instruct my employees to refund the customer if the customer ask for a refund before we start to make their order." I'm honestly confused as to why that is something the owner is unwilling to say.

My order was over 30 minutes late. I originally asked for a refund and the manager refused to give me one and ran into the back to make it really quickly, even though I had already told him I didn't have time for them to make my order.
So after having to wait because I was refused a refund I told the owner that their slowness is why I've been coming unless and less. I use to come in three to four times a week but I've been coming in once or twice a month.
Instead of simply apologizing and looking into why my order that was placed at 1:53 wasn't ready at 2:25 when I arrived he gave me an attitude telling me it only took them a few minutes to make it once I arrived.
He then told me that their protocol was not to start making the burger until after I arrived. I don't always have an hour for lunch. I have lately been ordering online so that it's ready when I arrive. If ordering online is no different than ordering in person time wise I can't go to this place when I don't have 20 minutes to wait for them to make my food. And yes it's taken that long a few times.
I asked the manager for his name four times and he refused to give it to me. He said he has it on camera that it only took him a few minutes to make my food. So I'm writing this review so that his boss can review this footage and ask themselves is this the customer service you want to give. Had he just given me a refund I would have been a future customer. But refusing to refund me when they hadn't even started making my food and giving me an attitude when I tried to inform him why I had cut back spending at the business. Each time I wait 5 to 6 months and try them again and they still can’t follow instructions, make the food correctly, ignore me when I’m standing in front of them waiting on my order for 30 minutes, giving me other people’s food, missing items when I order to go, food over cooked or under cooked, that’s all that I can remember right now.
