Update, all I wanted was an apology from the owner and they did not apologize. I emailed the owner of the business as asked for in the reply. My primary complaint has been that I was refused a refund when I discovered that my order wasn't ready when I arrived. The owner is now telling me that he would not expect me to have wanted a refund because of how fast they made my order after I arrived. However I made it clear to the manager when he told me my order wasn't ready that I just wanted a refund because I didn't have time to wait for them to make my order. I'm extremely confused why the owner of the business can't simply say, "I will instruct my employees to refund the customer if the customer ask for a refund before we start to make their order." I'm honestly confused as to why that is something the owner is unwilling to say.

Changing my review and never returning because of a rude manager Oct 20th at 2:25pm.

My order was over 30 minutes late. I originally asked for a refund and the manager refused to give me one and ran into the back to make it really quickly, even though I had already told him I didn't have time for them to make my order.

So after having to wait because I was refused a refund I told the owner that their slowness is why I've been coming unless and less. I use to come in three to four times a week but I've been coming in once or twice a month.

Instead of simply apologizing and looking into why my order that was placed at 1:53 wasn't ready at 2:25 when I arrived he gave me an attitude telling me it only took them a few minutes to make it once I arrived.

He then told me that their protocol was not to start making the burger until after I arrived. I don't always have an hour for lunch. I have lately been ordering online so that it's ready when I arrive. If ordering online is no different than ordering in person time wise I can't go to this place when I don't have 20 minutes to wait for them to make my food. And yes it's taken that long a few times.

I asked the manager for his name four times and he refused to give it to me. He said he has it on camera that it only took him a few minutes to make my food. So I'm writing this review so that his boss can review this footage and ask themselves is this the customer service you want to give. Had he just given me a refund I would have been a future customer. But refusing to refund me when they hadn't even started making my food and giving me an attitude when I tried to inform him why I had cut back spending at the business. The best steak dinner in Houston! I don't have to dress up, I don't have to worry about my kids not eating here. I can dine in or out, I can drive thru and take it home if I wanted to! People who say this is a ripoff....please tell me where else will you get to dress comfortably or stick to your pjs and drive thru to pick up a top quality cooked to perfection any selection of protein- fish, chicken or meat, my favorite ribeye, an actual BAKED potato and the best caesar salad, all under $40(2 of each for $50 on a Friday)?? I've gone through the "A- list" of steakhouses in Houston and have left wondering why they're prices are so jacked up and they can't even cook a steak or if they're full stock of salad didn't show up this morning. Becks Prime at Wilcrest and Westheimer has trained their employees well. I wouldn't recommend going to the one at Dairy Ashford and I-10 however. I stopped going there recently after being a regular for over 10 years. They've really been slacking off and one particular manager says he's been in the business for 20 years, but hasn't passed an experience level of 1 year judging by his dishonest demeanor...

Start off by saying that I have had a lot of issues with this location over the past several years and have spoken to management several times but it never helps and I’m done with it. Each time I wait 5 to 6 months and try them again and they still can’t follow instructions, make the food correctly, ignore me when I’m standing in front of them waiting on my order for 30 minutes, giving me other people’s food, missing items when I order to go, food over cooked or under cooked, that’s all that I can remember right now. Like I said it’s been going on for years. When they make it right it’s good food but that is extremely rare and at the price that we pay it should be done correctly every time. I’m just done with them and want people to know that it’s not worth going there because the odds of getting what you ordered correctly is extremely low and you will be...

Great hamburger joint with more than just hamburgers. Their menu includes, but is not limited to, hot dogs, salads, sandwiches and baked potatoes. They offer three types of french fries. Sweet potato fries, regular fries, and truffle fries. Chris was our order taker. He was friendly and accurate. They have booth seating along with regular tables and chairs. The space is open and inviting. The outdoor seating is nice with pretty trees. Our food was brought to us piping hot and fresh. My bacon burger was terrific. The fries were seasoned well. My aunt had the regular cheeseburger. She enjoyed hers too. The portions are quite large. I wasn’t able to finish mine. The prices are a little higher than a regular place, but for what you get, it’s worth it and understandable. 42.21 before tip. Will return!

It wasn't bad, but for the price, it wasn't great. 2 burgers, 1 lg fries, and a regular sized shake: over $40. -The sweet potato fries were excellent. -The burgers tasted just ok, nothing special about them to constitute the price. Buns were a bit stale. Meat cooked medium. Toppings weren't very fresh (super soggy lettuce and tomatoes, this isn't from the meat juice). -shake tasted fine. Not bad, not great. -customer service was excellent, A+. I understand quality ingredients cost more, but for over $40 there just isn't enough going on with the burgers here for me to come back. Friendly, attentive staff. 3 STARS for the food, 1 STAR for the value, 2 STARS overall.
