My first time eating at this restaurant (I ordered take out) I usually eat at the chinese restaurant next door Feng Ling but wanted to try something new. I ordered the lunch special which is one drink, a roll, and a choice of an entrée. I chose a shrimp spring roll which was rolled way too big. When I bit into it everything fell out, however the peanut sauce was tasty. Would have preferred like 2 or 3 small rolls instead of one big roll. For my entrée I picked shrimp vermicelli. So underwhelming. No flavor and extremely bland! I paid $17 for this lunch special and I feel it was money wasted on this meal. I'm sure they probably have other menu items that are good but I won't be coming back. The guy who took my order was nice and friendly but the food was a...

I came here to get togo and got there a little late but they still welcomed me. Its a nice and clean place that are not too overwhelmed with decorations, which i liked. The waitress was very nice too, she helped me with what i should order and i ended up getting three pho togo and a house special dish, which was the shaking beef with rice. Sooo goood! She also gave me free drinks and i chose the cha-mango and lychee green tea. They also have that grand opening discount which i very much appreciated. I will come back again since they open later than most pho place i know and i dont have to drive all the way down bellaire and they have so many food options to choose from...

I have been coming here for months, an older gentleman used to work there and the service and food were always 10/10. Since then, the staff has changed and there service have gone downhill. I tried there regular Pho and the noodles were hard and rubbery. The broth had a weird smell. But to top it all off, I witness the most disgusting thing of all, while dining in the older lady was cleaning up a table and recycling the Styrofoam cups previous clients used. She would dump the liquid and place them with all the other dirty red plastic cups. I just think its pretty disgusting since they should been thrown out. Just be aware before eating...

The overall environment of this restaurant is quite good, but the prices are a bit high. The average cost is significantly higher than that of other Pho restaurants in the area. I ordered a bowl of the classic beef noodle soup. The taste was just average. The soup was not particularly rich in flavor, and the ingredients were quite basic. There weren't any particularly outstanding features. If you are looking for a pho that offers good value for money or one with an amazing taste, it might not be the best choice. However, if you are nearby and want to sit down and enjoy a quiet meal, it can still be a viable option.

This size of white rice cost $4.36. Because of I don’t have 36 cents, they “have to”call it even fit to the store policy. So I paid for $5 for this. Thank you for the own’s knowledge about national coin shortage. There is only thing I wonder about the tax on 64cent. For example, you have 100 cash transactions per day, wow, $64per day. How to tax this part? On another hand I was writing this review, due to the horrible customer service. I was your customer yesterday, not your employee’s friend. Please talk in a right manner.

i kinda am glad i gave this place a try. their portions are perfect if you don't eat much in one seating. you can choose S or L and their portions are generally smaller portions with better prices. spring roll was fresh and food came out really fast. the place is clean. plenty of parking in the plaza. i guess if the staff was more attentive and check up on you rather than hide in the back, it could be my go-to spot. i really liked how clean the broth was, really liked the beef broth - wasn't too oily!
