I’m so disappointed in my visit. I used to love going here. Went with my husband and son and from the start we were offered a 20-25 minute wait, I said it was okay. I was craving bj’s and decided to wait it out, mind you when I was told about the wait time I looked up at the lobby and there was plenty of empty tables so I was confused as to why the wait would’ve been that long but I shrugged it off, maybe it could’ve been something going on in the back (bad idea, should’ve been my sign to leave). Mind you ,we didn’t get no smile, no hello from the hostess but it’s fine I let it go maybe she was having a bad day. Once we were seated the table was disgusting it’s like it was cleared off but not wiped down, I have no idea what was on our table but I said whatever, grabbed a wipe from my purse and cleaned it myself. There we waited atleast 20m before we even got GREETED by our server, yes greeted, no “may I get you something to drink” nothing. After a few more minutes of waiting the hostess noticed my family and I still hadn’t gotten our drinks yet so she finally stepped up to help our server to get our order of drinks but it was already too late to help and it just so happened the server noticed she was trying to help and took over , got our drink order, came back with one drink because he forgot (it happens) and gave my 2 year old toddler his drink without a lid. It was just humorous for how many red flags happened this night, we weren’t offered plates with our appetizers or pizza, barely checked on by our server, the manager seemed to be having an issue when I called him over but called my server to talk to us when I called HIM(manager). The pizza was cold , we got the wrong drinks like it was crazy how bad the service was from the start to end. At the end of everything they gave me a “discount” which was appreciated but in my opinion I deserved a bigger discount, they gave me a military discount to apologize for the drink confusion but I’m already a service member who served in the military who was entitled to the discount in the first place , once again I just shrugged it off because I was ready to leave at this point. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, I usually post good reviews, I tip good even when I don’t receive the best service because I understand people are just trying to make a living, but this experience was just crazy to me. I won’t be coming to this location again. It’s saddens me to write this review and I hope the employees take note and learn so they could get the tip amounts...
Read moreMy friend wanted to go out for lunch after my doc appointment so we went to @bjsrestaurants After checking out the downloadable nutrition PDF on their website I decided on chicken lettuce wraps.(I eat low carb/keto). It comes with sesame soy sauce and hot mustard on the side. The waitress didn't bring any spoons for the sauces, nor the chicken and I had to wave her down for some. I know it's an appetizer but they bring you 8 lettuce wraps but I could barely even make 2 (see pictures). I am not exactly sure what they all put on/in these wraps but I was extremely disappointed. The flavor was so odd and supremely not Asian. In fact at first all I could taste was celery so I pulled it out, but there was still this weird taste to them and I even had my friend try it and he tried to guess... He thought cinnamon? It was odd. It was sort of sweet but some sort of spice... Just odd. The waitress never returned to even check on us after the spoons or I would have told her how not good it was. She finally appeared to ask if we wanted the bill together or separate, then disappeared for over ten minutes. I called another passing waiter to please find her for our bill. She eventually cake out of the kitchen, went to a printer, then seemed to not be able to find a black book to insert it into so went way to another part of the restaurant all while we were just getting exasperated. She finally came to bring us our check and didn't question why most of the food was left on the plate. Then she said she could handle our bill right at the table but then.. oh no... Her tablet wasn't working. So much effort just too get out of here!!!
I didn't take a picture of my friends sirloin but the steak was cooked way too high and barely medium rare in the center and want salted AT ALL. The green beans were sour? As of they were supposed in lemon juice at some point and barely cooked at all. The asparagus were great.
My recommendation: skip this place! $40 for two really bad meals and a beer is ridiculous. The service was even worse. How do they even stay in business????? Never going back again. I...
Read moreThis location and management is incredibly unprofessional. Do not eat here, especially if you have allergies or do not eat meat. They will give you the wrong order and be disrespectful about it. There is absolutely no customer service. To ensure that my order was correct, I contacted the restaurant before placing an order on DoorDash. There was no way to choose sides for only half of the pizza through the app. Additionally, toppings that are normally included in the pizza were not on the app. I contacted them via phone. The first representative was rude and he transferred the phone in the middle of the conversation. It was transferred to Sarah, the GM. I asked her 4 times to add pepperoni and peppers to one side and add pineapples, green peppers, and onions to the other side. She confirmed before I got off the phone. $30 and an hour and a half later my food arrived wrong and cold. DoorDash has not refunded my order. I called back and spoke with the dining manager Josh. He told me that I was being ridiculous because I expected my order to be made correctly, especially after spending over 40 mins discussing something so simple as a pizza order. When I begin to tell him what me and Sarah discussed, he called me a liar and said that I never told her to fix my order and that I hung up the phone with her without confirming my order which was an absolute lie. Why would I call a restaurant to ensure my order is right, speak with two people before it arrives, only to hang up and not communicate the correct order, especially considering the fact that I do not and have not ate meat in 5 years! When I told him that he was being unprofessional for calling me ridiculous and telling me a liar, I told him that that was unnecessary and he does not have to bully me. We're all human I told him and that was not necessary. He responded by telling me that he cares more about working than being a good human so he didn't care! Wow. THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING YOUR FOOD and they're incompetent, unhealed, unprofessional people. They are horrible. I wouldn't recommend this...
