BreWingZ Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Houston

Yesterday 10/19/2016 my daughter and I decided to take advantage of the two for Tuesday deal at this location at 9:00. Knowledgeably prepared that it would packed, my daughter and I sat there patiently for 30 minutes to get seated. (Still being understanding at the fact that there is maybe 4 parties in front of us) so we finally get seated in section 46 near the arcade and restroom. Since we sat so long I already had in mind what I wanted, so I ordered immediately. The waiter brings our waters, 5 minutes passed and I notice this couple whom came in 15 minutes after us get seated in front of us. 10 more minutes passed, and they receive their food!! So I just sat their keeping calm thinking to myself maybe they ordered less then my daughter and I. 10 more minutes passed and 6 teenagers end up behind us, they asked for fries as appetizers and get them within 5 minutes!!!! So we finally get 1 of the items we asked for of the three that I asked to get all brought out together.... so I decided to keep the peace and still not say anything. while we're eating just fried pickles I notice my waiter refilling the cups of the teenagers behind me and asking the couple in front of me "is everything okay". I thought maybe she heard just the fried pickles and not the chili and cheese fries as well as the wings... so I sat there an extra 5 minutes at the point we're done with the fried pickles and want our food... we're 30 minutes already in sitting and I waited an extra 10 minutes totaling out to 40 MINUTES and I could not do it anymore I rush to the front and ask to speak to the manager. When I explain everything to her our waiter comes and says "it was the kitchens fault, she couldn't do anything about it" not once did I hear a sorry from the short Hispanic female manager nor the waiter who was a black female with dreads. Not once did she communicate with me while I was seated and let me know something maybe I wouldn't have been so upset, so while they stood their with blank looks on their face my daughter tells me "momma I'm hungry". So at that moment I left. I've never had such a awful experience at a brewingz like this location. I do not recommend this...

Yesterday I went with a friend to Brewingz off of 290 and Tidwell which I go to at least once a month. My visit yesterday was unlike any other before. For the most part of our time there the food was great and the beers were ice cold. However, our waitress Yeni barely came to check on me and my friend. Towards the end of our meal I asked for the checks and told the waitress we would be paying separately. She said she would be right out with the checks. She brings back the check with all of our items on one ticket. She took forever to come back to the table. When she did come back she asked if we were ready to pay. I explained to her that we were going to pay separately as I did before when I first asked for the check. She comes back to the table and says she can only have us pay 50/50. I told her we didnt wish to do so because I ordered more than my friend so it would not be right for her to have to pay for some of my food and drinks that she did not order. She told me I could only pay 50/50 or pay the tab in full. When I asked her to speak the manager, Lonnie comes to the table and says our waitress is going to bring the checks split just as I had asked in the beginning. When I proceed to tell the manager about the slow service he interrupts me and tells me in a rude manner, "Like I said your waitress is coming with the new checks" and simply walks away. This is the worst experience I've ever had at this location and I've been a repeated customer for many many years I will never come back to this location and I definitely would not recommend to anyone I know to come and dine in here at...

I've been going to this location for about 3 years now. Each time I go it's like the service get better and better. Every other time my friends and I would go for lunch, and so happen we would get this same lady. Well after the 5th time we went she ask are y'all on lunch break, and we would say yes. Any who... After that she made us priority to get us in and out. If she saw us she had our drinks out and ready I wish I knew her name. It was great. Well my husband and I never went there in the evening time we got this young lady Natalie 8/5 around 6pm or so she was super nice and very attending always made sure we where good, no matter how busy she was. Then the manager would come and see if everything was good too. Everyone was very attentive but not over attentive, let's just say that was the best service I ever had. Also helping each other out, it looked like they had a great staff and team. At the end when we were about to leave Natalie was informing us about the points and rewards like if she really wanted us to know about these great deals. She was great! The next time I go, I'll be asking for her. ☺️. Also I'm not sure if they got a different cook and the cooks have shifts but this cook was the bomb. The onion rings were amazing and the pickles chips were so nice and crunchy had flavor me and my husband always get one or the other but we decided to get both and we both noticed the flowers and taste of the appetizers. The wingz where also good too nice and crispy but not too crispy it was good no matter how many people were there that day the batch we got was made...
