Ordered a birthday cookie for a coworker. Not sure why they put Gurl so small and off to the left side…. Very disappointed. And when we asked to make it bigger we were told the original cookie was square… not sure how that would affect the size and proportion of the words to look centered and nice on the cookie? Especially if you know it looks bad and miscalculated the size it would make sense to fix it before you give it to me. For $40? No thank you.

Ants on cake, went a separate location in Cypress that very day to get a new one. They don't do store-to-store exchanges, so we had to buy a whole new cake. Someone had to LEAVE THE GRADUATION PARTY to get the new one. Owner wouldn't give me a refund. He said over and over, "There were no ants on the cake." I usually only leave 5 star reviews (check my history), so I have to be pretty upset to leave a bad one. Oh, and check out the pic...

Had a cookie cake made for a friends birthday. Turn around time was very efficient. I was able to place my order the day before and request a certain design made. I was met with friendly staff that exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would come back to this location again. I also order my valentines cookie cakes from them and they have never disappointed in making them fresh and well decorated!
