I love Chipotle. I always have and I hope I always will. So, it goes without saying that most Chipotle's I've been to are delicious - some worse than others, but they're all at least enjoyable. So I wouldn't really feel a need to review any one of them.
However, this particular location is fairly close to my office. Without fail, at least once a week (usually on Saturdays), we order lunch for the entire company from this Chipotle. Everyone working there knows us by name (even the drivers who pick the food up!) and they all work so very hard to make every one of our orders as best as they can - and it definitely shows. They make sure we have the freshest ingredients and they always go above and beyond to package extra tortillas, extra cups of sauces and lemons - all by memory and without us asking - and, to date, I can't remember a single time they've ever made an error on one of our orders.
The staff at this Chipotle has been so phenomenal over the last year we've been doing this that I now drive out of my way (20+ mins) just to come and order my food from them, rather than the Chipotle ~5mins away from my house. They really are what makes the difference between a chain I've always enjoyed to a physical establishment that I look forward to frequenting every single week.
Thanks! I really do appreciate all the hard work you've put into our lunches over...

I waited for about 30 minutes until I realized there was a line where we were supposed to stand to place our order again. There were no workers explaining this makeshift system.
So I got on that line and waited another 20 minutes for them to take my order. And sadly I had to write it myself using exactly the same terms the food preparers understand. That's where I committed another error by writing generic terms subject to interpretation (for example I said add vegetable but for some reason tomato is not a vegetable).
Bottom line, i wasted an hour there and received my food prepared incorrectly.
I try to be understanding of the workers. What happened during lunch time is a significant problem. But there was no supervisor or manager giving clear instructions. There were some half way apologies from a lady who didn't speak English well. That takes courage. Kudos to her.
Again, my question is where was management at a critical time like this. It was...
