It's national wing day, the restaurant should have been more prepared. We checked in with worker behind cash register at 7:07p.The entrance was over crowded when we got there with all delivery people and customers waiting to be seated. We were told it would be a 40 min wait and to come back up and check in after 40 mins. We checked in after 50 mins and they told us to have a seat anywhere in dining area. Once seated, 20 mins passed by and no one even acknowledged us. So I decided to ask the 1 waitress and 1 bus lady, who is our waitress? and they stated JT. I mentioned to them we had been sitting there 20 mins and no has brought menus or even taken our drink order. The bus lady said let me go look for her, we waited like another 10 mins until JT finally came out from the kitchen, by this time it was already 8:20p. So she proceeded to wait on a table that sat down like 15 mins after us. I called JT over to our table and explained to her we were seated before them, and she took their order first. She proceeded to get our drink order and took a while, we ordered a water and a lemonade, she brought a coke instead of lemonade. By the time she came back to take our food order we had been sitting there a total of 40 mins. She never brought silverware, plates or napkins. JT looked very miserable and didn't even try to put a fake smile on her face. She kept disappearing to the kitchen, so I asked the other waitress what is going on with our waitress, it seems like she has been hiding in the kitchen. We told this waitress about the drink being wrong so she brought the right drink. It was already 9p when I asked the other waitress about our food. She said let me check on it for you, which she did. Our onion rings came out at 9:15p, and our food came out at 9:35p. I did mention to other waitress the table seated after us got their food before us. I also mentioned to this other waitress if our food was not out by 10p we were gonna leave. This waitress checked on us brought our napkins and silverware, and brought our food. I think she could have handled that side of the restaurant all by herself. So the waitress that was not supposed to be our waitress got the tip. When JT our waitress brought the check to pay, she was charging us for the wings that were supposed to be free, so she had to correct our. check. By the time we paid, we had been there a total of 3 hours! They were prioritizing uber, door dash and take out orders before the customers who were dining in. I would suggest on future national wing day have the promotion for dine in only and be fully staffed. The side of the restaurant we were sitting on was not even full for this type of service! DO...
Read moreThe parking spots were so narrow. The hostess at the door was friendly. The floor at the door looked like they just had a food fight. Walked into the dinning area and there were a lot of available tables however they were all dirty except for 2 tables. The dining room looked like we just missed a grand food fight. As I sat at the booth waiting for several minutes for a waitress to come I began to think to myself that it may be a bad idea to eat here. No one was checking to see if anyone needed anything and I almost thought the hostess was the only person at work. It was maybe about 8 minutes before I started seeing workers emerge from the back and still waited 5 more minutes before my daughter advised me to stick my leg outside the booth. So I did this and finally someone came to the table. She was friendly and tried her best to accommodate our picky needs for our order. As I waited on my order I just could not help but to continue to notice how dirty this place really is. There was all kinds of stuff on the floors that needed to be swept and vacuumed, the windows were filthy, the walls were filthy, the tables needed tending. Even when walking out I could see the registers looked just as filthy as the windows. I also noticed there was no one bussing tables. Most of the wait staff were sitting down or just walking back and forth to nowhere. The fries were hard, the wings salty, my daughters starry was overly sweet and flat, my dr pepper was barely sweet and flat, and for the cookie skillet the cookie was not fully cooked. The waitress went to find out what happened with the cooking process and they told her they baked it at 350-375 for 5 minutes. My daughter and I both looked at each other and giggled because a cookie that size is definitely not fully baked in that time frame at either of those temperatures. Needless to say we will not return to this dirty restaurant. And most likely it will be closed like the one we were trying to go to on Wesleyan. For these locations to be in prominent areas for what they were meant for, you have to know they are not being managed well. And the food isn't worth the pricing. The wedges and the mozzarella sticks were the best thing on the table. We ordered the meal for 2. We got lemon pepper wings, cheeseburger, wedges and fries, starry and Dr pepper, cookie skillet and mozzarella sticks. The total was $38. So the pricing was cool except the food ended up not being fully eaten. And also it was 9pm Friday night. My main reason for this review was because that place needs to be cleaned thoroughly and the manager needs to make sure tables are tended to and that the food is being...
Read moreProbably my most unsatisfying dining experience I had. This was my first time ever trying out BWW - and I wasn't impressed with what they offered. The service was decent but I have noticed they are completely understaff as one of the waiter had to clean up multiple tables, but nobody was in their booth checking us in. So we had to wait a while for the waiter to clean up. We did had to wait for approximately 5 minutes. But the place had a weird odor and the cleanliness was down bad.
Now despite their focus on cleaning up the tables where we were sitting, I would have to say that they didn't do a decent job of doing that as there were some trash left at the floor and even a used up headwear in the floor right next to where we sat. I'm surprised they didn't noticed it. Additionally the menu was too used up and covered with dried up sauce from the previous customer. It was really unsanitary that I almost lost appetite and was even close to inform that we need to leave. But it was late so it's best that we stay and hope for the best. Also, the staffs who worked there was quite a liability due to the slowness of serving our drinks, despite the emptiness of the establishment(we waited 10 minutes) and the food process was even slower(additional 35 minutes). In other words, we were not being attended. And even if we called them, they ignored us. Our experience with the customer service was really mediocre. But let's talk about the food.
All of us ordered the wings, with different sauce and some ordered sides. My opinion with the wings(teriyaki wings) was not bad but I didn't expect the sauce to be spicy and the chicken itself was bland. The sauce didnt really help either to combat the dryness of the chicken. I tried out one of the sides that my friends ordered and it tasted bland - almost like it came out from a microwave. Half of our group wasnt able to complete their dinner. If you never tried BWW, it's basically a restaurant serving mediocre quality bar food.
Overall, it's just not worth it unless you're coming to this establishment for convenience. But with the location of this BWW, there are a lot of better options.
I don't reccomend this establishment due to poor cleanliness, inefficient customer service, and poor...
